You can take bus near the hotel to central station. Pretty good staff, help us print boarding pass. Good price for us. Cleaning room and quilt. and Basic hotel facilities.

It was such a beautiful city brake. We were 4 couples, stayed for 4 nights with breakfast included. Everything was ok, the staff, the rooms, the food.

+ room was nice, bigger than i expected, very clean, confortable and clean bed, hot water even late at night , bathroom with shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer, silent and safe neighbourhood Boys at the reception were very helpful and kind, helped me With a lot of Information, very nice people :) Not far from the centre, could get there by foot (20-25 min walk), 10 minutes to The closest metro station, tram station in front of the hotel - toilet was not very clean but ok. As a suggestion, a small fridge would be great, at least one for everbody on the same floor;

Very handy for transport into centre. Turkish market nearby. Very good price but room very small for two, bathroom needs some TLC and no breakfast possibility or even a kettle. Good clean bedding and comfy bed.

Barely room to walk round the bed. Extremely noisy at back early in the morning (bins from restaurant next door).

The wall behind the bed had a big wet spot, where the mold was already passing. In the bathroom, the heating elements are rusted and the bathroom furniture is ripe for the garbage dump.

I really dont care if the room is small but all the facility is from IKEA and looks not clean, but the staff is friendly. location is good, have public transportation to the city center

Quiet hotel, location is fine, but rooms are not well maintained, for a very expensive price. Furthermore, one day the reception was still close in the morning at 7h30, I had paid for breakfast, but could not have it. And the next day, the manager on phone didn't even apologise, and I had to argue to get some refund, which is supposed to come in a few days. The staff there at the location is fine and kind, but there is really a problem with the management in this hotel. The management has to consider clients not only as money givers, but also as human beings...

You only get what you paid for, nothing more”
You get what you paid for. It is certainly one of the cheapest around. The wallpaper is coming off, the TV set's audio and batteries are out. All included. But what really annoyed me was the landlord's reaction when that wall-mounted board fell off by itself during the night and hit me hard on my head. I was bruised . No reduction, only objections , it's all my fault. This hotel poses a risk to your personal health. If you can avoid it, by any means, just do not stay there.

Great, but headache with check-in”
Everything was great. It was cheap but high quality. However, I arrived earlier and wanted to put my luggage before check in, but cannot get in because no staff was there. They sent me an automatic password pdf, in which only formats in default text! They tell me my password is “xxx”, but password should be 4 numbers instead of “xxx”! I really had headache with my check in. Otherwise it should be a good place to recommend.

Basic hotel, good location, but the building is old, no lift available, the third bed was a sofabed, not comfortable. The shower door was broken and unsafe. I would recommend only if you are looking for a cheap accommodation in central Wien.

Bus, Tram stops are just 2mins away. Should provide at this price Central Heating and unfortunately they close it down and don't keep open for 24*7, which I don't think is appropriate as guests can turn on or off in their room as per their need. TV does have only 1 En

Facilities in this hotel are satisfactory. I didn't try the breakfast, which seemed overpriced (it is not included in the room cost). There are a few small restaurants in surrounding streets and many shops not too far away. Public transport from the hotel to the airport appears impractical except for taxi, and two hotel staff members both estimated the taxi fare as much lower than the actual fare.
