Agoda and Villa Fontaine Hotels Join Forces to Offer the Best of Japan

Agoda.com, an Asian-based, online hotel reservation service and part of Priceline.com (Nasdaq: PCLN), today announced a distribution agreement with the Hotel Villa Fontaine. The agreement includes properties in 15 prime Japanese locations throughout Tokyo and Osaka which are set to be showcased on Agoda.com’s websites and their extensive network of distribution partners. The hotels will receive immediate exposure to Agoda’s membership base of over 1 million users and will be provided with access to Agoda’s progressive yield control system, which provides greater flexibility in managing inventory and the rate structure of today’s dynamic market.
Villa Fontaine Hotels are located in prime locations throughout Tokyo, offering quick access to many of Tokyo's numerous attractions such as Tokyo Disneyland, the electronics hub of Akihabara, the shopping of Ginza, Shinjuku’s business district, and the temples of Asakusa. Hotel Villa Fontaine properties are ideally located for all types of travelers.
