Staff were really helpful and let us drop our bags early before a boat trip, also make us breakfast to take away the following morning. Great location for boat trips and long distance boats - all just 5 minute walk. Bars and restaurants all close by. Room was clean and comfortable.

We didn’t get reserved room”
They gave away our room (beachfront deluxe) to other tourists. We were offered to stay in a small room with road view = very noisy all night long, impossible to sleep because of all bars and motorbikes. Other hotels in El Nido were fully booked, it took us a lot of time to find a better place to sleep each following night. No hot water, wifi didn’t work. Nightmare, never again.

Pros and Cons”
It's definitely a good location. The cons is that Aircon was not working despite many request to the staffs to check and get it fix. There was no aircon for the 5 days stay! The water pressure is too low and we hardly can take a good shower.

Great”
The price in El Nido is higher in Palawan I think. The position is really nice becauce it's on the main street and near to the pier if you'll wake up early and take the ferry to Coron. The hotel's manager, Mich, is really nice to answer and kindly help you anything you want. The only disadvantage is that the wi-fi is really unstable and slow. However, the whole El Nido is the same..

It was a bad hotel for its price”
The hotel was really in bad condition the air conditioning made so much noise you must put it out at night or you could not sleep. the foam mattress was only 5cm thick, it was as if you were sleeping on the floor. good was short at the centum and it had a nice breakfast taras.

Great view”
The room itself was fairly small and the balcony smaller than appeared on the website. There was an issue when we arrived in that Agoda had cancelled one of the rooms. I had booked 3 rooms and this caused chaos on our arrival after a long day travelling. This was not the fault of the hotel though. The staff were very good throughout and did their best in a trying situation caused by Agoda. Located very close to some of the best restaurants in El Nido. However, the shower would stink of hydrogen sulphide (rotten eggs) for the first minute or so after turned on. Spent 4 nights here in total.

Two nights on the main land”
Pros: very central location, staff very helpful and have access to ferry tickets, good price scooters and tours, aircon and double security with doors, balcony over water was a perk also. Cons: cleanliness was an issue with the room, bed pretty hard and shower needed a really good clean up. Price feels a bit steep when you can get better for the same price in el nido

Ocean front rooms have amazing views, as to be expected, bed was alright, had AC, TV, and safe in unit, but the water in the shower/sink smelt like sewage, and if you do anything other than pee in the toilet they will charge you 1500 pesos for plumber to come fix it! Shower and poo at your own risk!

The shower water taste a little salty. The toilet smell awfully after every toilet bowl flush, There is many restaurant choices and dive centre nearby, very convenient. Charge expensive for water.

Great location, value for money!”
When we arrived Mitch (the manager I think) greeted us very warmly! They escorted us to our room which is right next to the restaurant. We were a bit sceptical at first but when we entered our room and went to our balcony the view from our room was phenomenal! It has a panoramic view of El Nido facing the beach! Perfect for those who wants to relax. The room was small but cozy! Shower room looks a little old but still good. Water heater, water pressure, toiletries are good. Breakfast was great, big servings and delicious! We stayed for 3 nights but was only able to get one of 2 of our breakfasts because we had to leave early on the 3rd day to Coron. Just a few steps away from restaurants and the famous seafood grills at nice at the beach. Place wasn't noisy, no mosquitos too! Overall, I would recommend this place to others who would like a hassle free and relaxing stay in El Nido.

Great View, Great way to start”
Been my first time to El Nido with my friend, and we will deciding which hotel should we stay in, looking at the photo of the balcony, I just gladly book the room, because imagine enjoying a glass of wine, with the sea breeze and listening to the waves. The room is clean up daily, and maintaining the cleanliness in the building is done in proper. The only thing wrong, is that the whole island will have a electricity breakdown for a few hours, but that doesn't really impact.me, as I can still sleep with the cooling wind, just have to open a bit of the balcony window. Breakfast is nice too, enjoying it while the tour guides get ready their boat for all tours.

My stay was amazing. I had the ocean front room which the view is breath taking. The view from the dinning room is also amazing if ocean front is booked. Wifi worked perfectly. The people who work at the hotel, were so incredibly friendly. I couldnt say more positive things about this place. Its also in the city center, so its easy to walk around and see the little town. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had made a request to change the date. My request had been accepted by Agoda. I also received a new Agoda confirmation voucher. When I arrived in this hotel, a staff told me that they don't have room for us because I changed my date. Oh gosh! I did not beg for the date change. I asked for it and Agoda ACCEPTED it. I would have managed by myself if my requirement had not been accepted. Then they offered us a near hostel with a bad room compared with the amount of money I had paid for this hotel. That room is small, no wifi in room, especially a broken toilet and no hook in bathroom, in general a very small bathroom. For this hotel, the room is ok and nice breakfast.

Very nice place to stay - island hoping during day and at night pleasant place to sleep in. We tried either the restaurant and it was good. Breakfast was tasty and so did coffee. Staff is really nice and helped us with our requirements and also with tricycle booking for Nacpan beach - strongly recommend a driver Richard :-)

Good location but old rooms and facilities doesn't work”
Everything is old in their rooms and barely functions. The air-conditioning didn't work, their toilette didn't flush, tv doesn't work neither. The pros, location is good and personel are nice.
