Beautiful view of Basilica”
We arrived as three friends however there was no linen for the spare bed. I contacted the team as reception was closed and they offered an extra room and gave us the code for the key safe. The rooms are well presented and clean. Very good value for money. Excellent location. Slightly tricky getting in to the room after reception was closed, instructions could be slightly clearer. Although it was fun and felt like an 'escape room', when you are in desperate need for the toilet it can be a little challenging. Would definitely come back.

Hotel Congress was very clean and neat. The blankets and pillows were so soft and comfortable. The bathroom was tidy and there was a good supply of towels that were changed everyday. I would like to stay at hotel congress next time!

The hotel is placed in a very good point. Crossing the street takes you to the central station "Wein Hauptbahnhof" that contains all kind of transpirtation you need.

Friendly staff and well located”
Fromt desk staff are all friendly and accomodating. Reasonably priced especially it is very proximal to the Wien Central Station and Sud Tiroler Platz station. Breakfast was good and sufficient spread are provides to choose from. Will definitelt consider booking again for future stays.

This is a surprisingly lovely place, bit worn off but very good value. I particularly enjoyed the cheap and diverse breakfast as well the cheerful and very friendly Austrian staff.

A Great Budget Hotel”
The hotel is a convenient place to stay because it's near all major transportation. Awesome breakfast buffet (worth the 7€ extra)!! Only fault with the hotel is that the Internet in the room was horrible - poor connectivity. Otherwise, a great stay!!

The hotel is next to Vienna Train Main Station by less than 3 mins. walk. It 's very clean and comfort to stay in the room. However, the hot water supply is not stable some of the time.

This hotel gave our family easy metro access to city center without the high prices. It was spacious and comfortable. Would stay again.

Great Spot”
This place is in a great location - straight across the road from Vienna's main station (hauptbahnhoff). 500m walk to the entrance. The breakfast buffet is a good show (EUR7 each). There isn't really good space for 2 decent size travel bags, but it is doable. Beds were fine, although the room was a little too warm. Please note: if you have mobility issues, this hotel may not be suitable. There is a step into the building and 8 steps to get to the (rather small & slow) elevator. If you are in a wheelchair, you should probably look elsewhere. Early opening/late closing supermarket at the far end of the station near P9.

This hotel is very near the Wien Main Station. Just have to walk across road and you will arrive at the hotel. There is a lot of food in the train station. But necessities are a bit pricy. Walk nearby and there is a affordable supermarket. The room was huge and the toilet is a bit small but enough for us. Just one thing to complain about it the toilet air ventilation really bad. After each toilet visit, the room sticks! Misery after each toilet visit. Also if you need hot water, i advice to bring your own water boiler. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

very good value for money in location adjacent to main train station”
We selected this hotel for its close proximity to the main train station (very convenient access to public transportation) and its competitive price. This budget hotel covers all the basics very well. Our standard room was spacious and comfortable. The bed pillows were absolutely great! We had adequate storage areas and enjoyed the flat-screen TV with international programming. We even really liked the liquid soap and shower gel in the bathroom! We ate a very good breakfast for a truly reasonable price. Staff members were professional and efficient, and they were fluent in English as well. The elevator, though, was a bit compact. For sure we were happy with our stay and would definitely consider this hotel again for future visits to Vienna!

inconvenient to leave the key at reception when going out”
My main hesitation is that they ask you to leave your key at reception whenever you head out to explore the city. On two separate occasions did I encounter at least four people waiting (for what appeared to be quite a while) for the receptionist to come back to the counter and hand back their keys so that they could go back into their rooms. On one of those occasions, the guests actually went behind the reception counter and took their own keys before the receptionist returned - who knows how long the desk had been unattended at that point? My room itself was clean and I had no problems falling sleep - but the last time I saw a toilet like that was in a former East German airport (odd if you're not used to it, but functionally fine). I stayed at the nearby Novum Hotel Prinz Eugen a few days ago, located a minute away from this hotel - I recommend booking there instead.

Excellent location for Vienna Central Train Station ”
What stood out mostly first was the sparse room decor. Minimalist? Modern? Or maybe just cheap. Second was the bizarre layout of the bathroom, a long T/U shape & you had to sit on the toilet sideways to avoid your knees being hard up against the wall! Odd. But once over the initial shock, we decided the room was really quite ok, they just did the renovation & room.styling by themselves, rather than engage an architect/interior decorator. Pity. But the rooms & linen were clean, the reception staff were very helpful, the breakfast (extra charge) was excellent & food plentiful. One shouldn't judge a book by its cover!

Housekeeping needs to improve, for 2days the hand soap was not replenished, noticed the floor wasn't swept as the tissue left behind by previous guest was still there when i checked out. I happened to pick up something i dropped when i saw the tissues. Water pressure for shower is quite weak. Heater for room during winter was strong enough.

Took as an Agoda secret offer, without knowing the name of the hotel. Having read reviews, I was preparing for the worst, but on arrival I found friendly staff, relatively fresh renovation and a fairly clean room, a normal breakfast, and there were no other serious problems either. The hotel is quite far away from the city center, but the subway and the Central station are very close (despite that fact, no suspects were found during the New Year holidays). Also on the top floor there were some interruptions with hot water on shower at certain hours - that was really strange.
