Hot water and fast internet”

Compared to other places at this price, here was fast internet and hot water. Had upload speed of 4Mbit. Download is probably faster. Room basic, location good, friendly staff. You need to save your gopro videos to the cloud? Come to this place for a night. Walk in price is a bit lower than the one listed here on Agoda.

could not be better... the stay there was fantastic... just very sorry that we had another hotel already booked for the rest of the week in Puerto princessa... would stay or recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Palawan island....

Can’t recommend enough”

Fast wifi, comfy rooms, check in and out was fast, super close to restaurants and the mall. Worst part about our room was the latch on the bathroom door didn’t work but that didn’t bother us.

Nice stay near main street, specially if you can book with a discount rate. Basic breakfast included and brought to your room, sometimes in asked time. Lazy housekeeping. Room was cleaned only once during the 5 day stay, and just because I requested it. If you come to the room and bring the breakfast, why not take the trash out same time, for example? Otherwise nice stay, would stay again.

The Wifi quality and Airconditioning was good. The breakfast was really nice. Access to drinking water at reception was a bonus. The staff were helpful and friendly of our small requests like extra doormat and broom. Shower space on 3rd floor is a bit cramped. The TV signal was a bit unstable. Not much of a view from window but we enjoyed the location and our stay. Thanks.

It seems to be the going price for that area and it was a very nice place. The noise of the roosters in the morning were a issue but what can you do about that other than staying in another area. ;-) Overall very good. :-)

Budget Hotel with Easy Access to the Airport”

We came from El Nido and we stayed 1 night at Royal Crown, Puerto Princesa before flying back to Manila. We have no complains whatsoever. This is a budget hotel that is near Tiangge Tiangge where you buy pearls and pasalubong/souvenirs, also try to go to San Miguel for more souvenir shopping. This Inn is also very close to the airport, maybe 5 minutes to the airport P25.00 fare Inn to Airport on a tricycle.

Nice local hotel”

Nice hotel for local and backpackers. We used it in day time as a place to freshen up after a day tour and to fly back to Manila in the evening. Every nice staff and clean rooms. The price made it worth it just for day time use.

Sprejemljivo”

Too many mosquitos inside the room. Owner never try buying mosquito repellant even it was recommended by the staff and show no concern to the guest. You can smell bad odor around the room. owner must try using air purifier or air freshener .

Overnight stay”

I stayed there for one night like 12 hours only since its near the airport. The aircon is not functioning well. Im literally soaking wet. I complained about 5times and waited for 3 hours and see if the aircon would work. I was advised to transfer to another room with no window and made it clear from the start that i can’t stay in a room without window. On my 6th complaint since we’re about to transfer to another hotel, they transferred us to another which has a functioning aircon but the door in the toilet is totally broken. Worst service. The other staff the next day was nice to be fair.

Washroom has disgusting smell”

It’s closer to everything and just a few steps to the main street but no post light. I booked it for 4 persons but only 2 had free breakfast. Just typical Filipino breakfast or a continental one. Pretty big room but the washroom has a disgusting smell that really needs to be renovated. You need to go outside your room to get access of the wifi. No, I would not recommend this hotel.

Disappointed”

This place was recommended by a family friend. We had originally booked for three rooms and were going to add an additional room. Due to unforeseen circumstances, two of the individuals in our group were unable to come last minute. We tried to decrease our room size but had to do so through Agoda. I emailed agoda and never received an email in return. We were stuck with three rooms (one wasted). However, this wasn't the issue. It was that one room's AC was broken and then the other room's TV was broken. They didn't try to accommodate us. Also, they didn't clean the rooms. The room's were pretty gross and the shower would wet the entire bathroom and flood. Also, breakfast was a bit disappointing. Definitely would not recommend. You can get your money's worth elsewhere.

Amazing location”

We loved that everything was just right there and a tricycle will take you to the bay walk for 10 pesos head. they would take your breakfast to your room at whatever time you want, very convenient. Some things could definitely improved but you good value for money.

Spacious and very central location”

The hotel is in the heart of puerto princessa, the room was very spacious,the breakfast was disappointing having only one cold fried egg and 4 slices of bread and little fruit,the hotel was a very reasonably priced and would probably stay there again
