Best Hotel in El Nido Town”
We stayed at this hotel from October 15-18, 2021. We were very impressed the way they handled their guests. The hotel is located in the center of El Nido town. You are near literally to everything (restaurants, beach, store etc). Our room was spacious. AC is working properly. View in the balcony of our room is amazing. Room and hotel cleanliness is impeccable. Plated breakfast is delicious. The most outstanding aspect of this hotel is the staff and their service. The time that we arrived, we've met the friendly and amazing owners of the property. They made sure that all our requests and needs are addressed. They also gave us recommendation on what to do and see and where to eat in El Nido. The staff are just amazing. They are courteous and they went beyond to provide us quality service. The hotel also provided us free shuttle service to the airport. The quality of service didn't suffer even if we are the only guests of the hotel. I will surely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I will stay here again if I will visit El Nido soon. More power Sea Cocoon!

Comfortable, spotless and the most friendly staff and owner ”
We loved our stay at the Hotel. This was recommended to us by friends and I'm so glad we chose to stay here. We had a few requests which were all accepted and we also got an early check-in. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We also got to meet the owner Eric who was so accommodating and friendly. Eric knew all the guests by name and took the time to have a chat, it's a little extra that makes your stay that bit more enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean on arrival and were made up every day. The shower was lovely and always had hot water. The wifi was fast and the breakfast was yummy with a lot of variety. If I return to el nido one day I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Eric and all the staff.

Surprisingly very clean and comfortable”
We found the hotel and our room to be very clean. The room was quite spacious, the bed was comfortable, the TV had a decent amount of channels to flick though (both filipino and english), and the bathroom was also spacious and clean. As my room was street side, I was worried that traffic noise might be an issue, but this was not the case. Staff were also very polite and always smiling, and were always willing to try and help (if they could that is). The location of this hotel is in the heart of El Nido town (Barangay Buena Suerte), so it's very easy to walk around to a lot of the restaurants and bars, and is only a 5-10 minute scooter/tricycle taxi ride to the Las Cabanas area where you'll find more restaurants and bars (as well as along the way there). Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly, feels like home, clean, great location ”
This is an amazing hotel the manager Eric and all his staff make you feel at home. great location. The hotel is spotless and the attention to detail is amazing. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The rooms are spacious with good aircon and plenty of room for you clothes. The pool area is lovely and one off a few hotels with a Pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect spot for first time el nido travelers. Their staff are very courteous and helpful. They have 2 adorable dogs! Location made everything accessible to us. Clean and quiet so no stress there! I will definitely stay here again when I return to El Nido.

This hotel offers a great experience for the money. Staff can’t do enough to make sure your stay is the best it can be. Swimming pool is very nice, great views over the infinity edge. Beach is on your doorstep, couldn’t be closer, in my eyes a little piece of heaven. The hotel offers snorkel, kayak and other rental equipment which is very useful considering where the beach is. Breakfast is up to a high standard. Restaurant is also of a great quality. Would I stay again, yes without a question of doubt.

The hotel was spot on, this is one of the few hotels that you actually get WiFi and it works good. Was able to FaceTime home and scroll through social media no problem. The staff were really helpful and were always smiling. We didn’t use the pool much because we were on the tours but it seemed pretty good for the time we were in it. The location is perfect, slightly out of the way from the noise at night but not too far that you have to get a tricycle everywhere. 2 minute walk max. The only downside to this hotel if I was being really picky is the breakfast, although it’s free it was very poor. The choices were minimal, the food wasn’t very good and mostly it was cold. The omelette was probably the best thing because it was cooked how you liked but even that wasn’t great. I’d recommend going elsewhere for breakfast even thought it was free. Don’t let that put you off though because we had an amazing time in elnido and the hotel just topped it off. I would recommend this !!!

The owner of the hotel and staff are very accommodating. Im pleased that all are request were granted. Clean rooms, breakfast was good. The hotel was near establishments and port, which made the island tour easy. Wifi is not that fast but it was okay. Overall the place is great!

The reviews were right. The owner, Eric, was really friendly. We really had a great time. My only comment is that they don’t have cabinets. They only have a rack where you can hang your clothes, probably to make the room look more spacious. I love the fun colors in the room. Also, complimentary water is only given once as a welcome drink.
