Awesome staff, great service”

I stayed two nights here and had a great time. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I'm a vegetarian and cyclist and the staff were very helpful with meeting my dietary requests and with getting me a mountain bike to use during my stay. I'll be back to stay again for sure!

Good choice ”

Location, staff friendliness, cleanliness, food are very good. Spa is below average. Thung Nham bird park and Tam Coc are must see places. Lake view room offers peaceful and lovely scene as well as fresh breeze from the water.

Satisfactory stay”

Though arriving late Saturday, we were fortunate to be upgraded to deluxe room with balcony. Room is very new and clean, breakfast has variety. Location is far from restaurants, yet surrounded by mountains and lakes. Staff is friendly. We’ll consider staying here again.

The amazing view (lake view) and very helpful staff”

Make sure you book the Lake view room ! the morning view is just amazing! Very good location and super helpful staff. The only complaint is the quality of the water. I got skin allergy after 2 days staying there

Good views”

For a boutique hotel, they have done a nice job creating a charming attractive environment. We stayed a few days to explore the surrounding caves and attractions. It is outside of town which offered a quiet tranquil location. we were disappointed with the food. The staff is not trained well enough to offer a dining experience we would recommend. Breakfast was included but is might have been better to get the room only and get food in town for the price. Other than the food, we enjoyed our stay.

This a fairly new hotel set at a lake with water lilies, surrounded by the famous mountains of Tam Coc. The view from the balcony is stunning, if you are lucky you can see some boats with women paddling with their feet. The staff is very nice and helpful in any way. I had some problems with my room, so the manager upgraded me for free to a suite (hotel was not overcrowded..) How nice! You can rent motorbikes and for free get bicycles. They are not in best shape. I highly recommend a boat tour from Tran An, which is just a few km away. It was recommended by the staff to take this boat tour rather than the shorter tour from Tam Coc - so true! Thanks!

Beautiful hotel but... ”

This most be one of the most beautiful hotels in Tam Coc. I paid extra for the lake view, I think it was worth it. The room was big and clean. However, the bed was very hard, which made it difficult to sleep. The staff at the reception desk are friendly and helpful, they can arrange transport and tours for you. The girls working in the restaurant are also superfriendly, but they don't speak a lot of English and it is hard to communicate. They seemed to work a lot of hours though. I don't know if I can recommend the restaurant... It reminded me of Fawlty Towers: wrong food being brought to the table 3 times, dropping cutlery, long waiting time, the food doesn't correspond to what is mentioned on the menu... Breakfast gets a little boring after 3 days, not so many Western options, nothing sweet. The swimming pool is wonderful, however there is a construction going on right next to it, very hard to relax! But all in all I was happy with my stay, away from the busy center.

Excellent rooms, mediocre food”

The rooms are excellent, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is oddly not as good, and actually quite bad compared with the rooms. Very large menu, but compared to other restaurants nearby, not very good. I highly suggest taking one of the free bikes and going to a place in town (10 min) to eat.

Vrhunsko”

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay. If you are staying in Ninh Binh you would be crazy to stay anywhere else. Hotel and facilities were beautiful. Staff went above and beyond with any request and made us feel like family. Ly Lan the front of house manager is an amazing woman and no one at any of the other 10 hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam has even come close to providing the service she does. The hotel manager was a fantastic guy too, so friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor when in Vietnam and stay with these guys, guaranteed not to regret your choice. And words can't really describe how good they really were. It's 4 star but is better than any 5 star we stayed in all over Vietnam. They really need another star and a lot need 1 or 2 removed

Fijn resort buiten Tam Coc”

Prima kamer en badkamer, super schoon en fijn bed. Mooi zwembad aan de rivier. Nadeel is dat het buiten Tam Coc ligt. Op een (gratis te gebruiken) fiets ben je er in 20 minuutjes. Ontbijt prima, avondeten veel te duur in vergelijking met de restaurants in Tam Coc

Un week end parfait!”

Nous avons été accueillis par Lan qui parle un excellent français! Lan a multiplié les petites attentions pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. La piscine avec vue sur les montagnes est exceptionnelle, très pratique avec un enfant puisque qu'un bassin leur est réservé. On trouve à côté de la piscine une petite salle de jeux. Le cadre est très reposant. L'emplacement est idéal puisqu'on peut se rendre à pied à la pagode de jade et rejoindre le centre animé de Tam coc en quelques minutes à vélo. Un grand merci à Lan!

- Phòng ốc ok, giường to rộng rãi, view hồ núi thoáng mát, mỗi tội ban công bé tí teo. - Một điểm buồn cười là xin thêm khăn tắm thay khăn bẩn thì phải trả thêm 20k. - Bể bơi bé chứ ko đc to như ảnh, và hơi bẩn, ko thấy có nhân viên cứu hộ trực bể bơi. - Kid club thì hơi tệ, đồ chơi vỡ nát, nóng ko có điều hoà. - Điểm trừ lớn : Đồ ăn chế biến rất chán và quá đắt so với chất lượng, ăn cả 3 bữa đều ko ưng. Cơm rang quá nhiều dầu mỡ, canh cua nguội ngắt, gà nướng thì như gà luộc, nhân viên ko có sự tư vấn kỹ cho khách, gia đình 2 người mà soạn 1 đĩa gà 3,5kg với giá gần 600k. Đồ ăn sáng cũng ít món. KS nên cải thiện vấn đề ăn uống.
