Cheap, clean, comfortable and close to almost everything. Breakfast is included, as well transpo back to airport. Just outside the main street are food stalls or restos for your choice to dine in. So good for the price you pay.

Great accommodation near the airport”

This place is great and I'm glad to have stayed there. It's located near the airport and the rate is very friendly on the pocket. They even offer complimentary transpo to the airport and free breakfast. The rooms are well equipped and clean. My only suggestions for improvement are to increase the water pressure (it's a bit hard to have a good shower with the weak water flow) and check the dated A/Cs (the maximum temperature wasn't as cool as I wanted it to be). I still highly recommend this place!

We arrived to PP late in the evening and stayed one night before traveling to El Nido the next morning. Perfect location 5 minutes in a tricycle from the airport. Very clean rooms. The Aircon was not working in our room and when we informed the staff they immediately moved us to a different room. The staff were all extremely helpful and accommodating. We were due to be picked up between 7.30-8am for our trip to El Nido but our driver didn’t show up and the staff went out of there way to contact the driver and try to arrange alternative transport for us. The shower wasn’t the best but it did the job. Breakfast was basic but included in the price. Lovely garden area to sit in. Would definitely recommend.

Just unbelievable. Best place we stayed in the Philippines, in over 4 weeks there. We always stayed in cheap accomodations like this at this price range. This one is very comfortable, the staff is AMAZING and kind, AC works well, you have free water all day and also the breakfast is customized every morning and fullfilling. They woke up at 3h30AM to prepare it for us because of our flight and gave us free transfert to airport. For the price, you wont get better for your money

A good little place close to the airport. Breakfast was awful — but all breakfasts were awful in the Ph (crap toast + egg + crap coffee). Nice, helpful staff. Loud airconditioner. Garden in middle of very small grounds.

Excellent Value for your money very close to airport”

Excellent Value for your money very close to airport and malls for trike ride of 50 - 70 pesos. Free airport transfer after I wondered about it. I shall definitely return if the price goes down a bit but still great value overall and super comfortable for a vacation.

Still the Best Value Accommodation”

The first time I stayed here was in 2016. I liked it then, so I decided to stay again this time. This place has almost everything you need: free airport transfer, free breakfast, it's close to the airport, close to malls (SM and robinsons are 10 pesos per person on a regular fare tricycle). It also arranges tours and van transfers to other areas of Palawan. It's got a water dispenser where you can get free water. The staff is nice and friendly with beautiful smiles. Rooms are very basic but clean. Aircon works but I wish it could get colder. Toilet works perfectly. Water pressure from the shower is still weak, so you might need to use the bucket and dipper. No shower curtain to separate the shower and toilet, so the toilet area gets wet when you shower, but it dries pretty quickly without having to mop it. Bed sheets are hospital thin, but I guess you don't need thick sheets when the room doesn't get too cold anyway.

We stayed 2 nights at Tenzai and we had wonderful stay. We will definitely come back to this lodging site. The staff are very accommodating. Breakfast and airport transfers are included in the rates. Breakfast is okay. The hotel is very near (around 5 minutes) the Puerto Princesa airport but a little bit far to the City Center (around 20-30 minutes). I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives. Thank you Tenzai for your hospitality.

Short but Sweet stay!”

We booked an overnight stay so that we can rest for our first trip to ElNido in the morning. They have free airport transfer and they welcomed us nicely! It comes with a free breakfast as well. Room and bathroom was clean. It was near the Tajmaki restaurant that is open 24hrs to eat dinner. Overall, it was pleasant stay in Puerto Princesa!

Just an overnight stay”

I booked this place because it was inexpensive & close to a place I needed to visit. The free breakfast was just icing on the cake. When I got there they were preparing to go to the airport to get me. I wasn't expecting that, but I missed an email from them. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I got a nice hot shower. The location is close to downtown & the outlying Robinson's Mall. The setting is very quiet. All the employees were kind & helpful. The breakfast was good & filling. I didn't use the TV or the WiFi, but they were available.

my tenzai stay was sooo amazing. stayed there over night only but staff are very accomodating and friendly. comes with filipino breakast and free airport transfer. i will definitely reccomend this place to my friends. :)

Best place to stay at PPS”

I got free breakfast and free airport transfer when stay at this place.. That have also a kitchen to be used for cook.. And then the owner and staff are so nice.. The place also nice with a garden.. I just love to stay here..

Hidden Gem in Puerto Princesa”

Tenzai Pension House is one of those accommodations that look better in real life than in website pictures. I’m so glad I decided to book two rooms with them. Here is my list of pros and cons. PROS: + Strong wifi + Courteous staff + Free transfers to and from the airport + Unbelievably affordable rates that include free breakfast + Delicious breakfast + Garden and ambiance + Meticulously clean rooms especially the bathroom + Air conditioning unit that worked perfectly (and quietly) + Proximity to the bay walk, Robinson's mall and airport + The room is simple, but the amenities are focused on what the guests need. I prefer this over an extravagant room that has unnecessary furniture. CONS: + Low shower pressure. It didn't bother me, but I'm objective and I know that this info is helpful for the readers. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my family and friends.

Not sure where would be a "good" location in PP as the didn't seem to be a lot to do there. However, this guesthouse was wonderful. Had a lovely courtyard, the staff were so friendly and eager to help. Would definitely recommend.

New hotel and clean hotel, good breakfast”

We had a great stay, check-in was easy, rooms are new and very clean, w/ hot and cold shower. Very comfortable beds, w/ garden where you can have your breakfast or eat your meals. Quiet location but very near public transportation. Breakfast is good and satisfactory. Warm and friendly staff.

Great place to stay - hard to find at first”

Quaint boutique guesthouse. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just a little too far away from town to walk but tricycles were easily found and not expensive. Rooms were pleasant and a nice outdoor courtyard restaurant. Internet was fats and reliable.

Convenient”

The price was very good for the service of their staff. The hotel is clean, the staff is great, the location is good. I would only request that they increase their wifi speed so the next time I check in i will be able to upload my pictures faster because i will definitely book at this hotel again.
