Helpful Staffs”

Stayed 4 nights, the hotel is located right by Trang An boating dock for all the tours. Free bike from hotel was great, I was able to biked around the whole region and saw all the sites. Trang An area is relatively still rural, ate at hotel everyday, they were delicious and helpful in accommodating what I wanted! Staff helpful in tours and directions. One advise, please have a thicker blanket or give extra throw in the room. Other than that, great, recommend it!

Highly recommended! The owner and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We bought goat hot pot for dinner and they were kind enough to let us take anything we need from the kitchen and even helped us clean up. Our family room was equipped with 2 double beds, 1 single bed and a bathroom, totally spacious! We especially enjoyed having breakfast by the pool. There were Banh Da (it was kinda like Pho) and Banh Mi with fried eggs. They also offered yoghurt, fresh bananas and hot peach tea. However, the property is quite far from city centre with no street lights at night but pretty near to Trang An Complex, Hoa Lu ancient capital and some nice mountain goat diners. The atmosphere is so laid-back and comfortable here. Thank you for the warm hospitality! We've had a great time in Ninh Binh.

Nestled in a pristine eco homestay , minutes from the famed river with magnificent karsts...this is an ideal location for any traveler wanting a respite. Friendly staff, immaculate accommodations with on site restaurant . And a soaking pool to cool off after a day seeing the local sights! I highly recommend!

Family-run hotel in a wonderful setting. Helpful staff, cool pool, free bicycles and bikes to rent make this place a great starting point for exploring the breathtaking region. The family room lacked a bit the lush feeling but nevertheless great value for money.

A lovely place with the most friendly staff of Vietnam !!!!! You are in the middle of all viewpoints. You ride a bike (free) and access all the most interesting activities of Ninh Binh. I highly recommend

Best part of our trip in North-Vietnam !”

Our stay at Trang An retreat was really one of our best moments of our 2-weeks trip in North Vietnam ! The staff is really friendly, the place is great and quiet, possible to rent a scooter for an interesting price. The only 'point for improvement' would be for the sides of the swimming pool which are really really slippery when wet.

Very relaxing and laid-back hideaway spot”

We came here as a family of 6 adults and 1 infant. This small family business is conveniently located just 1km away from Trang An, in the middle of beautiful mountains and paddy fields, has a lovely garden with swings and flowers, and very accommodating staff. The rooms are new, sparkling clean and very well-furnished. Beddings are comfortable. Food is reasonably priced and breakfast choices are excellent as well. They also have a dorm and ample parking space, which was a big plus since we brought our own vehicle and driver. Bicycles are provided for free. The only draw-back is that the road leading to this hotel is narrow and bumpy (~1km), and there are very few shops/ restaurants nearby.
