Really nice communication with the host. They had a problem with the room that we originally booked but, they were super ready to host us in a different apartment. Location is perfect, 10 minutes away from all the bars and restaurants of the city centre.

the location is quite strategic, however it’s very very dark during night time which we feel quite dangerous. Like almost can’t see anything when we Try to access into our hotel. But overall the room is so clean, complete amenities

We never had any contact with any staff. Was emailed a code to the Appartment and room before arrival. Everything was effortless. The room was nice and had a mini fridge. The bathroom was good the shower could do with a little clean but was acceptable. Shame there was not any bowels or spoons in the room as we bought our own breakfast stuff and had to eat cereal out of cups. All in it was very good value and the location was perfect!

Tiny room with everything we needed”
Once we entered the building, it’s seriously dark in the stairways. Especially sunset was at 4pm. I had to turn on the light of my phone. And for shower, we needed to let the water run for few mins first to get hot water. And it’s hard to rate on the staff, since I saw no staff at all. It’s all no big deal. I still like the room.

Excellent stay in the middle of Zagreb”
Wonderful stay. Clean room, great location and a nice vibe. Everything was positive about the place. The only tiny little negative would be that the shower pressure is a bit on the slower side but overall nothing to really complain about.

Can't fault the location, and the room itself was big and roomy. The maid kept letting herself in the mornings though without fail and it was very annoying. The apartment contact was helpful and kind though and quick to respond on Whatsapp.

This hotel is self check-in. You are given a code to use to enter the hotel before your stay. The location is close to old town - 5-10 min walk. The mattresses are WONDERFUL. We slept extremely well during out stay. The hotel room could have been cleaner. The towels had red stains on them and there was long hair in the sink when we arrived. The hotel did not come with body soap, only shampoo. Overall, this was a good stay.

Great for a short stay”
No staff around ever so if you have an issue you need to call a number. No where secure to leave bags once checked out. Our room was right next to a whole outside area of air conditioning units (I’m talking you looked out the only window and all you can see is a small enclosed square room/ building void with more than 10 air conditioning units) and it was incredibly loud all night. A kettle but no tea or coffee or anywhere To plug the kettle in Room was incredibly clean.

Clean and spacious room, walkable distance to tourist attractions, but long staircase to level 2 is a bit tough for heavy luggage.

Great location very convenient. However when we arrived the heater in the room and bathroom are spoilt. Will be repaired only 2 days later. So bathroom was freezing and for the room we managed to stay warm using aircon of temp 30. The room assigned was small but ok. One of the lamp was spoilt and had to ask staff to help fixed. One set of towels was dirty and as there is no staff around when we checked in i managed to find clean one ftom the cabinet outside. There is no key or card key to the room door. The hotel issued the code. But was safe except the cleaning lady who comes early morning will attempt to open our door even though we put the no need cleaning sign outside. She even opened our door before 9am on the morn we are checking out when chevkout time is 11am. We were still sleeping so scared the hell out of us. They should review this and respect customers privacy.

We got there and the room was completely dirty, hair everywhere, dust, dirty/used bed sheets, used/dirty glasses, dirty toilet/shower/sink, just disgusting. We had to clean ourselves and change the bed sheets to be able to sleep. Next day the password changed and we were not advised (luckily the host did reply very quickly to everything and refund one night). The location is great, although is in a creepy building that smells like pee. So no, I do not recommend it.
