Dirty and in major disrepair.”
My room was filthy and in disrepair! Worst hotel room I have ever experienced! My sheets were stained and ripped. I suspect the bed was made without changing the sheets, as they were so wrinkled and dirty. I’ve never seen sheets and pillow cases so wrinkled. TV, and phone didn’t work and the heater was in major need of maintenance! I killed a cockroach in the bathroom that was literally falling apart. This place needs to clean up and update everything! Continental breakfast was a joke, I was shocked, I waited around thinking they must not have everything out yet? No fruit, pastries, cereal, yogurt, bagels, pancakes, waffles. Only breakfast items were scrambled eggs and sausage and sliced white and wheat bread to toast. That’s it! It’s a convenient location but no other credit is due.

Would have been nice to know at the time of the booking that the waterslides were closed for maintenance. The room was spacious and very clean. Also would have liked to know it was only a shower and no bathtub in the room and offered the choice.

Hotel is on the mall, great location. Staff is helpful and breakfast is included. We had bad luck that the water park was partially closed. The hotel could use some room renovations, otherwise it's a comfortable place to stay

WELCOME BACK”
This was my first time staying in Minot, North Dakota in at least 20 years. I originally booked the wrong dates. Agoda called the hotel and there weren't any problems with changing the dates. I was flying into Minot. My mother was able to easily check into the hotel room before my flight landed. My mother said the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is connected directly with the shopping mall, my mother loved the fact she could do some quick shopping. She said the mall was great also and pick up a few things that were on sale. I was amazed at how large the waterpark was as well as the game room. Never had a chance to use them but they would be great if you have children. The room was nice and large and clean. The beds were very comfortable. And the buffet breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day before heading out for the day. But, the best part of this was the deal I was able to get through Agoda. $60 ^-^

This is a great place to stay in Minot! I have stayed before and they are very accommodating, pool open until 11 so adults have some swim time without the kids. The hotel is attached to the mall so no need to go out if the weather is bad. Our room was big and very clean, you won’t be disappointed.
