I recommend this hotel because of the staff. Pui, Bon Bon & everyone here went out of their way to make us feel comfortable in a country we have never been to before. Pui offered so much insight and knowledge into the culture and things we should do and see while here. We were not disappointed with any of her suggestions! The hotel is located within walking distance of many temples and marketplaces, as it is in the heart of downtown Chiang Mai. If you are looking for a large gym or a lavish pool, this place probably isn’t right for you. If you want a simple but lovely place to leave your belongings and have a good night’s rest and a good breakfast every morning, then Sleep Mai? is the perfect place for you!! P.S. the showers are very nice! :)

I came with my family (parents and sister) and the stay here was great! The service was nice, the rooms were clean, and the free breakfast was great. They had our rooms cleaned every day around noonish and the stay was spectacular. The locale next to Tha Phae Gate was also very great during Songkran for festivities and is about a 12/15 minute walk to the Night Bazaar. The only thing about the locale is that due to the city planning, sometimes travel requires cars to go through the inner city before getting to the opposite side of the street where the hotel is. But all-in-all my family loved the stay here. Would definitely come back!

This place is excellent value for your money! It has a pool, a mini gym, free coffee station and an excellent work space. If that is not for you they also keep everything very clean and the room is great with a nice big comfy bed and a desk to work at. No complaints at all would go back anytime!

The staff were great and super helpful. The room was really nice, very clean and the bed was perfect. It’s right across from the old city so easy to access and there are food vendors and night markets everywhere - you can never go hungry in Thailand.

Multiple cosy corner and nice swimming pool to laze around”
Pros: very clean bedding, short walking distance to Wat Chedi Luang, weekend night market, nice swimming pool for lazing around even in a hot afternoon. Nice seating area with 24hrs coffee where we can get our own food and drinks from nearby 7-11 and chit chat till very late in the night. Surprise Christmas present from hotel is a bonus to us! Cons: Not a big deal to me.. but maybe good for management to look into. I stay in room 409, the magnetic strip on sliding door in the bathroom will come off when the second person bath, I guess it’s wet and it will come off.. the microwave in the seating area, I guess the turntable is not rotating, so when we try to heat up our food, it will get burn. In any case, I don’t think many guest will use it.. we are just lazing around in the hotel and happen to see this problem.

This hotel was beyond my expectation. Clean, nearness to old city, swimming pool, friendly staff, I stayed there 8 days. In the morning You can eat western style breakfast. My kids really liked small but clean swimming pool. They also provided rubber duck to my kids to enjoy swimming. Thanks

This new hostel is super clean, well equipped and has a quite comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast is nice. It’s very close to the old city. You can walk to the night market and enjoy visiting the city by bike. Oh, it also has a small but nice swimming pool.

Staff are friendly. Pool and mini-gym (one tread mill, one bike, one bench and a set of dumbells upto 10 kg) are available. Best one is free-flow coffee the whole day. Quiet environment, near to Thaphe Gate and other destinations.

This place is indeed a hidden gem! Don’t let the low price fool you. Everything was perfect. It’s in a great location, close to all the elephant excursion offices (elephant nature park I recommend). The best part was the staff. KK and the rest of the staff were so nice and accommodating. I’m booking this place every time I visit Chiang mai.

Located near Thapae Gate, it offers easy access to massage shops, pharmacies, motorbike rentals, bars and eateries. The hotel is about 20 meters from the main street, so you will almost never notice the trafic noise. One of the great things about this hotel is the friendly and professional attitude of the staff.

I booked this hotel on Agoda and ended up saving 50% of the door price which I verified upon arrival. Free parking is limited but available if you're arrive early. My room is very small but nicely appointed. It would have been nice if the TV had some English channels.

I like the hotel. It’s not in the center but it’s in walking distance to everything. You can walk to night barzar and also walk to Sunday market which located at Thapae Gate. Will stay here again if in ChiangMai next time.

Very safe for solo female!”
My door had a key card lock, a dead bolt, and a chain lock - I felt very safe as a young solo female! My studio room had only 2 tiny windows with no view but I knew that before booking and can get over it for the price.
