Slipi hotels & accommodations

I was very pleased with my stay at Menara Peninsula Hotel in Slipi, Jakarta. The room and facilities were excellent - clean, well equipped and very reasonably priced. While at the hotel, I lost an envelope containing a substantial amount of money, and to my surprise and delight, the money was handed in intact by hotle worker Mr Budi Satrio. I congratulate him for hi...

This is my 2nd stay in Santika Hotel Slipi since I love the spacious room and the beautiful swimming pool. And this time I stayed here to celebrate my birthday with my husband and kiddos. I was so surprised that the hotel staffs gave me a surprise cake when I had my breakfast while in any other hotel usually only put the birthday cake and greetings at the room. That wa...

Rooms are clean...with free 2 bottled water and coffee or tea with kettle in the room, whenever you need a hot drink. Staffs are friendly and patience. Blue Bird taxi available just out the hotel entrance...this is important due to heavy traffic at peak hours... I would recommend by frinds and family to stay in Ibis Jakarta Slipi Hotel.

We arrived in Jakarta at 1:00 am and were pleasantly greeted by a great staff. They helped us a lot and brought us food. They also advised us on the best places for us to go to get what we needed. The early morning breakfast was great and that was amazing! They also helped us get a cab and even told the driver how to get to where we needed to go so he wouldn't take adv...

Quick details: Pros: family friendly, nice location close to malls, excellent & friendly service, clean, hot water BATHTUB, good breakfast, nice pool (a bit shallow for me, but great for children), working AC. Cons: old carpet bothered my allergies (needs to be replaced), TV not so clear. Summary: my whole family greatly enjoyed our stay at Mega Anggrek Hotel. We will ...

Returned to the hotel after my trip to Bandung, booked the Excutive Room, but the room was only abit bigger (and hence smaller bathroom) than the Deluxe Room I stayed before I went to Bandung. Should have just booked the Deluxe Room and paid a little less. However, since we only use the room to rest after spending the whole day out, our stay was okay. Still a mere 15k ...

I needed to be close to Tanah Abang and this hotel was close, but the area really doesn't have much to offer for tourists or those who look for "walking distance" restaurants, etc. It served my purposes. The staff was very nice. Most spoke some English. Rooms were adequate for the price. BUT this is Jakarta and the TRAFFIC IS HORRIBLE. Remember that when you choos...

This is indeed one of the best budget room in entire Jakarta. It is clean and comfy. The staff are so kind and polite. I am so grateful that I found this place within only 2 days before check-in. Love it and will recommend to anyone who will stay near Kemanggisan or Slipi. Best!!!

THESE PEOPLE DESERVE AN AWARD FOR THEIR KINDNESS. I was there for 2 nights. I went to Jakarta to watch a concert. The 2 receptionist I encountered don't understand english while there was another two people there who can. Most of the time the two who don't understand english are present BUT don't worry they'll do everything just to give you the best stay. Here are the...

The room was very comfortable, the staffs were very helpful. Strategic location, near to minimarket and food stalls to buy snacks and meals, 5 minutes walking to nearest mall and main street. This hotel also have travel agent that makes easier for me to buy ticket to Yogya. Overall, perfect!!

The location is within the traffic jam area, but considering the price, this hotel is worth for staying. Clean and very helpful staff, the only thing they can improve is to maximize the wifi connection in the room. I got connection outside of the room but not when it was inside the room

The room is clean. And The Bed are good. Very Close to alfamart (like 7/11). And so close to transjakarta bus stop. So I can go to monas, kota tua ,ragunan by bus. Which is good for money. The staffs in guesthouse are so nice but doesnt speak english much.. Only the owner.

We booked Amelia Homestay for 2 days. The house and rooms are super clean and very tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is worn out with stinky water under our windows, not mentioning the mosque a few yards away. It was not easy to find the location, the taxi driver asked 3 times, but when you are already there, it is 200m to the nearest bus station for fast bus serv...
