Lovely Hotel and Staff - Great Location”
I keep coming back to the Sloane Square Hotel. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are perfect for my needs and - above all - the location is fantastic. Right beside Sloane Square tube, so easy access to the City, but also close to the great shopping and restaurants on the King's Road and a quick stroll to Hyde Park.

Great Shopping”
Sloane Square is down the street or around the corner of many great stores. We booked this hotel because we planned to visit one of Kate Middleton's favorite jewelry stores. It is also steps from the tube, which connects across town, and less than 10 minutes by Uber from the Victoria Coach Station that has shuttles to Stansted Airport. The room was spacious and well equipped, more traditional than super modern. But we like that. There's a great cafe Cote next door with excellent breakfast and coffee.

Great location and lovely hotel”
I really enjoyed my stay at the Sloane Square Hotel. The rooms are very nice - very small, but that is typical for central London. I found the staff to be helpful and the room to be comfortable and quiet.

Sloane Square Hotel, though not a big hotel, they had staff who were pleasant, professional and always with a smile. Even their Housekeepers had warm greetings and pleasant smiles about them. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower was fantastic though it could be small for bigger sized guests.

Was such a gr8 surprise having stepped out of Sloane Square Stn to turn right and see the hotel and Cadogan Hall within such close proximity of each other. Gr8 location. Lovely renovated bright modern and charismatic hotel. Will definitely come again. Definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sloane Square. Our room was a standard room. A little small but very functional with all that we needed. Would have enjoyed a slightly larger wardrobe. Highly recommend the hotel.

We felt welcome in the hotel which made our short stay very relaxed. The room was most comfortable with a lovely view of Sloane Square.

Small comfortable hotel, great location ”
Sloane Square Hotel is in a fantastic location, just a couple of minutes from Sloane Square tube station and the King's Road shops. Our small room was comfortable with a good TV, mini bar and Nespresso machine. The decor was bathroom were slightly dated, but clean. Only downside was the shower tray, which filled almost to the brim in use.

Perfect stay in an ideally located hotel. The Christmas lighting on the square made it very charming at this time of the year. The tube and taxi station are very convenient, the hotel is clean, room was spacious and staff was nice. Great stay!

A jewel of a boutique hotel”
Warmhearted staff. Perfect location. This is not a standard hotel in any means, it has a very British interior done in a sober tasteful way. Fabrics, wallpapers, upholstered furniture in pastel/milky colours. Its close to all west-end London beauty.

my room is on the 1st floor, hotel's layout is not suitable for those with many and big luagages. You need to pass through very narrow corridors and up and down staircase. room very small and limited facilities. BUT location is so so good if your intention is to have heavy splurging in London. My room's window oversee Cartier and Tiffany & Co. Every corner of the streets you will find many beautiful boutiques and fine restaurants. The restaurant link to the hotel Cote is very good and very crowded. The subway is also very near, 50 meters away.

Great spot”
You can’t beat the location of this hotel. My room was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower is really nice. One thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. The £20 price for a boiled egg and a tiny pastry is silly.

Lovely stay”
Just stayed here for 3 nights. Very close (1 block) to Tube station (circle line); upscale neighborhood with many restaurants close by. We had a lovely room with a view of the park. Double room was plenty spacious for two adults. Lift was large enough for luggage plus people; stairs also an option. Could hear street noise and hallway noise but didn't hear anything from other rooms. Bathroom was small but functional. Shower was small (kept hitting my elbows on the glass), had low water pressure and warm, not hot, water. Would definitely stay here again.

We just felt the breakfast was disappointing and certainly not worth the cost. Nothing cooked apart from eggs that were cold and hard (even if they stated they were soft boiled) The hotel was otherwise very good and a great location

very comfortable hotel close to tube station”
It was a nice clean hotel close to everything we needed. My only complaint is that the milk provided in a tube was awful and there were no complimentary biscuits and i needed to eat something with medication. A biscuit would have been perfect. Other than that i can highly recommend this hotel

Great location....but the hotel is filthy and the staff is poorly prepared and not helpful”
I arrived at the Sloane Hotel and the location is ideal. Access to city is at your doorstep with the tub stop just steps away. Then I walked into the room. It was filthy. The carpet was stained, dirty, and had not been properly vacuumed. The room was extremely small and difficult to maneuver especially at night. There was no room for a suitcase so our sat in front of the door. When we told the staff that the carpeting was unacceptable, they told us that they would address it immediately. They did not. The next day I reminded them and they said that they would. When we returned little had been done and the carpeting was still filthy. We asked the front desk for directions to the restaurant that we were meeting friends for dinner. The front clerk gave us incorrect directions. that took us miles from the restaurant. I knew that she was wrong, and used Google maps, only to find that the restaurant was 2 block from the hotel. The front desk needed training on service and language.

Great Location - Very Mediocre Service - Extremely Disspointing Rooms!”
First and foremost on arrival the Hotel did not have my reservation made through Agoda!! Clearly this was a surprise and an immediate negative start. The reception staff did not have a positive energy or seem to be remotely welcoming. They did not even offer to help with my luggage! The hotel location is excellent! I appreciate the building is dated however the size of the rooms and the furnishings - they are absolutely unacceptable given the rates charged. In summary, great location, terrible room sizes and furnishing, very poor service. I would certainly not stay there again in light of the poor service and rooms, neither would I recommend it. I believe London has far better options for the rates charged. Safe Travels!
