The price of the hotel is reasonable. Given the extremely convenient and good location. Few minutes walk to a shopping center and a few seconds walk to a food shop downstairs. But there are a few basic things that should be done by the hotel management. First, I had booked for a triple room in advance with a clear stated date and to check in at a later time. But ended up being given two twin bedrooms. This had caused inconvenience and it is a huge disappointment. Moreover the room cleanliness needs to be improved slightly.

Parking isn't hard to find, prepare for the parking tickets, no lift, staff is friendly, rooms are quite small but worth with the money, air conditioner is working fine, water heater too. small tv provided for a entertainment, but im not rely much on that. have a place to hang ur clothes, my room got windows facing the aeon mall, toilet a bit small. no toiletries are provided except for towel. other than that, all okay.

Good/Cheap stay for short Trip to Klang. ”
Strategic location if you have a short trip to Klang to attend wedding from other states, easier for you to travel within KLIA2 by AeroBus as the terminal just a few min walking distance. Opposite is Jusco and it is very convenient to find food/convenient store around this area.

Pros 1. Have a lot of shops and eateries nearby. 2. Aeon is just opposite. Cons 1. Old bedroom, old bed sheet, dirty mattress. 2. No sanitary provided. 3. Old room, everything is old.

It takes quite some time for the hotel front-desk to have my guests' registered and checked in. When I walked into the hotel, I noticed unpleasant smells and insufficient light which I think need to be resolved. It's good for travelers looking for an affordable hotel to sleep in and within their vacation budget.

The room that we stayed is dirty. Mattress and Comforter found unwashable stain. Request to replace bed sheet and comforter, but staff said all of them are the same. Smelly towels and found hairs underneath the comforter. Definitely wouldnt come back again.

Family who bring the young children is not recommended to stay in this Hotel. The location is quite strategic which is very closed to Aeon Bukit Tinggi and GM Klang as well.
