convenient location but Small rooms ”
for those who think about to stay for only 1 -2 night, this hotel will be your good choice due to its standard budget price and services. i remember normal check in time is 2.00pm but we reach earlier at 7am. luckily the person in charge charge us a reasonable early check in charge and arrange a room for us to rest. we quite appreciate their helps and let us can rest earlier after whole night fly. of coz it cannot compare to those standard hotel. due to it is a budget hotel, we have to expect the sound insulation effect definitely not so good. especially at night, the door bell rings can be hear clearly. over all, the hotel service is moderate~i get angry because of i purchase for a triple room why i din get a deserved service and even 3 blanket? or maybe 2?when i informed the counter there about room does not have enough blanket,he try his best to find me a blanket cover with a reason that blanket already be borrowed .i really appreciated for his help too. anyway, with a good communication can let you enjoy your stay well at here too.

For those who want budget and simple hotel, this hotel will be your good choice due to its normal budget price and services. No sound proof in the room. Bed and pillow got some bad smells. Also, early check-in needs to paid extra 20 ringgits. Overall, everything is simple with basic facilities. Don't have too much expectations.

Only for someone with a car”
while this hotel is in a quiet location, inexpensive, and has rather helpful stuff, it may not be good for backpackers visiting kl, as it's only option to get to the center of kl with public transport is a bus that is very slow and takes about an hour. the taxi costs at least 20 myr, and is not too usable either in the periods of traffic jams. rooms are very small - only the beds fit into our triple room. showers are small, too. the internet connection was rather unstable.

Budget hotel with a good location”
Nothing to shout about. Rooms are really small, slightly getting worn up. The location directly within Dataran Sunway is the biggest plus points. For the price you pay, although slightly higher but still you need to make your expectations right.

Was great, input for area of improvement is to add 1 wall fan or stand fan for more air circulation comfirt as mention the room is large. Or pls. help the customer to turn on the air-con early 1-2 hour before the customer return.

Lier hotel stingy to privide Wifi, bad reception”
No access Wifi. The reception did gave me the password when I requested but I unable to access it. When asked, they said modem is having problem and will fix it by that day. However, I still not able to use it the next day. And no parking. The door are just like room door. And we can hear the sound from the room besides. By the way, I left something after check out and when call twice and asked, they said nothing. But when I purposely revisit their hotel, they finally gave it to me. Thanks to that at least.

Smart Hotel experience”
Rooms were not ready to checked in after 6pm. We changed to a family room instead of two rooms which cost less. Room & bedspread not very clean but the staffs are friendly.
