Located in good business area. Eateries are just a walking distance, suparmarket is just 5 minute drive. Nearby Shah Alam city centre, for us to enjoy almost everything. The owner is always there at the front counter, just share anything. What else to expext. And booking thru Agoda is awesome, always the best price.

Cheap hotel ”
the hotel was cheap . that means no luxury just necessities available. free wifi available , room is still new so it is ok. but the bed sheet is not washed well , there are still some stains. but then again , when you go to cheap hotel like this , all you consider is the cheap rates .. so i'm not too fussy. location-wise , it's very near to shah alam city center and the state mosque. also there a lot restaurants nearby.

Room was spacious, enough space for muslims to pray. The toilet should have curtains that can be open/closed. Bed sheets not clean enough. Tv have only 2 channels. There is a restaurant very nearby on the block. I think overall the stay was ok, will book this hotel again if staying in shah alam.

basically, i have an event in concorde hotel shah alam, but rather than staying inside hotel. i choose smart hotel as it's worth for the money. for food wise, nearby there is a fast food, kfc and some malay restaurants.

The hotel is new with decent clean rooms. The wall-fitted 15" flat screen TV is too small to be of any use. Perhaps an old-fashioned 21" CRT TV is more suitable. The house-keeping is upon request.

location a bit far from the shah alam city. u have to have a vehicle to move around. The surronding area is new but you will get basic needs within a walking distance.

the airconditional is good but the service not really satisfy...i wait more than 10 minutes n keep press the bell on the sunny day..no one open..if u early 1 hour or late 1 hour they still charge u money.. rm68 but no waterheater or any tea coffee sugar etc in your room .the space is narrow enough for bed no space to sholat . The bathroom are quite dangerrous because of stairs n slippery..no bath mat to wipe my feet after bath..tv so small n voice too slow..no remote control tv and the price of drink n instant food is unreasonable...dear smart hotel pls serve customer u smartly as smart as your name too... your price no different with hotel budget pengasus inn ..your place near with them also..but they better in prepare of thing in the bedroom. Hope u can improve it. So far i would not recommend to my friend or family .
