The location of our house is within a close distance to city centre and other attractions, but train station are not within walking distance. Do let me know if you need delivery service.

House Rules
- Security deposit of RM300 to be collected from the guest before guest
check in by online transfer or bank in to the host. RM500 deposit will be
collected for long term stay 5 nights onwards and will be refunded 48
hours after check out.
- Always keep the unit clean.
- Illegal activities are prohibited within the premises.
- Guest will be responsible for any damages caused to the property. Cost of
the damages will be automatically deducted from the security deposit.
- No pets are allowed.
- Kindly place all items back to it's original position before check-out.
- Kindly place all trash at the designated garbage area before leaving.
- Please keep volume down after 10:00PM indoors and outdoors.
- No music allowed after 10:00PM
- If any damages in the unit, broken items, missing items, lost cards, smoking in the unit and super dirty in the unit, we will have charges for it as below:
- Failure to arrange furniture back to its original position. - RM100
- Dirty mark or stains - RM100
- Lost or Missing Access Card/Lift Card/Car Park Card - RM150/pc
- Broken or Missing Glasses/Plates/Bowls/Cutlery/Plastic Chairs - RM30/pc
- Damages or Missing Towels/Blankets/Pillow Cases/Cushions - RM50/pc
- Broken or Missing Hangers/Remote Controls – RM50/pc
- Damages of Bedsheet Set/Stains on Bedsheet Set - RM300/pc
- Smoking inside the unit – RM200.
- Stains on carpet - RM300
- Super Dirty inside the unit with stains on the floor or wall, we will charge
additional cleaning fee of RM200.
- Any wall damaged or scraped paint. Fine RM300 will be imposed.
- No SHOES inside the unit.
- There are no daily housekeeping services. Shall you need cleaning or
housekeeping during your stay, kindly request upon (URL HIDDEN) (subject to
charges)
- NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS & NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES.
- Please do turn OFF the Water heater, Air Conditioning, Water Tap, TV, and
other electrical appliances when not in use. (Let’s Go GREEN)
- Strictly no additional Visitor or overnight Guest without Host prior
permission. We need to confirm the pax of occupants to register with
security guard. We do not wish to cause any trouble to you or your
guests.
- As stated on rule, if we found any of these mentioned on the above, after you have checked out, host will inform you and we will deduct from the security deposit as we had collected before you check in.
- Refundable Security deposit of RM300 will be collected upon check-in, this
refundable security deposit will be refunded to you within 48 hours after
check-out after our supervisors have inspected the property (if any items
are damage or missing, or the house rules are not followed, we have
absolute right to forfeit the deposit.).
- Please do not use snow spray, confetti, party poppers / fire crackers or the
like within the premises as RM300 cleaning fees will be imposed.
- Maximum 6 pax are allowed to overnight.
- All the garbage must be packed properly especially leftover foods and
gather together at the entrance of the units.
