Excellent!
Very good location, 3 min by foot from the train station Asagaya, 10 minutes from Shinjuku. Very Nice and quiet neighbourhood with a lot of small restaurants and bars. Staff pro and smily Very practical room with full of facilities. Rent bike for free is possible. We recommend This hotel!

Near JR Station, convenient, comfy but old
This hotel is in Asagaya area where most "cheap" stores in Tokyo can be found. Compared to Shinjuku and Shibuya, the stores in the "dome" street nearby was okay, even the restaurants were reasonably priced. The hotel is small and 1 minute away from the JR station. But it is quite old and needs a little refurbishing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. If you are travelling on a budget, this hotel is good.

Don't know what this means.
Checkout time is usually 11:00 AM. Your hotel is 10:00 AM. It was a rude surprise. I was told that I could not be issued a receipt because I booked through Agoda.com. I booked through Agoda for another hotel and received a receipt. Why is issuing a receipt so difficult?
