Location is just wonderful. 3 minutes walk from west exit of Utsunomiya station. There is a large 7-11 connected to the hotel on the first floor where you can buy anything and everything even if you find yourself hungry at 3am. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and they offered many recommendations for nearby gyoza restaurants which is what's famous in the city. For those who want to have good old familiar McDonald's, that is also just across the street. Would recommend if you are looking for a convenient no-fuss hotel :)

Its been our second time with this hotel and it’s much better that they’ve added a breakfast set menu which they lacked last year. So with the addition of this, a great stay is what we had. Budgeted, clean and friendly staffed hotel is what it is.

Very near with JR utsunomiya eki and bus for Narita, Haneda, Osaka, Kyoto very new, clean, bit huge compare to other places

Convenience at its best”
The hotel was near the train station, the WIFI is real good compared to other hotels nearby, the building is almost new and the staff is really accomodating.

Great hotel near the train station”
The hotel was pretty close to Utsunomiya train station and downtown, which made us arrive at the hotel and enjoyed local dishes easily. Both room and service were excellent. It was a great deal!

Smile hotel was a very short walk away (2 corners from the station). No frills. Service was excellent. 7-Eleven at 1st floor for a quick breakfast.

The hotel has a great location in which is next to the JR Utsunomiya station and a 7-11 convenient store. I love the interior design of the room as the carpet and wall design make me feel relax and comfortable. Of course, the concourse, corridor and the room are very tidy and clean. However, it will be more perfect if the hotel could provide more choices on breakfast.
