Beautiful and peaceful new hotel ”
It's very clean and new hotel, quiet and spacious room. Pool is big enough and every morning has free beads bracelets and soap making class. Buffet breakfast is delicious and many choices of western and Thai food, also good cappuccino. Hotel offers free airport transfer. Staff are helpful and polite. Highly recommend this hotel in chiang mai.

Plus: - close to the city - nice room / hotel / area - great brekfest (live cooking section) - so nice personel - morning eterteiment and complitary fruit in lunch time Minus: - not too hot water in swiming pool (but water is so clean) I strongly recomend this hotel :)

Everything here is perfect. great location, friendly and helpful staffs. All staffs are very polite and always there when you need them. The foods are great , they have some new local dishes for breakfast everyday. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfy. Best of all , on the last day, they also provided us free shuttle bus to airport when it was very rainy and we couldn't find the taxi. and they didn't charge any money from us. Best service mind ever!! i love everything here and i will def. recommend anyone who's looking for a place to stay in Chiangmai and also i will def. go back there again. :) Thank you for a wonderful hospitality :-)

The gem of Chiang Mai, perfect !”
We spent 4 nights in this hotel and everything was perfect. The staff is really nice, the breakfast is complete with lot of choices, the restaurant is really good, the room is clean, the pool water is hot and the gym great. You can make soap, bracelet, necklace during the morning free activity close to the swimming pool. The environment of this hotel is very nice. This hotel makes you want to stay the whole day. You will enjoy and get good feeling there, I highly recommend Smile Lanna Hotel. Thanks for this pleasant moment !

We spend 6 wonderful days at this brand new hotel over New Years. All the basics like the rooms cleaning pool and the food are super. To top it off they grow their own coffee and have a real barista prepare it for you - awesome!. All the employees where incredibly service minded nice and helpful. The atmosphere was unusual good with free daily family events like making hand soap etc. Also the owner where very visible and every detail in this hotel is tastefully made. All in all this is probably one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

My parents stayed here before and they recommended me to do so. I loved Smile Lanna since the first glance. I was greeted by an energetic security guard named Khun Petch who has full passion on his job. Smile Lanna is a boutique hotel with Thai-modern architecture. My room is truly spacious for solo traveler. They carefully select high quality products for decorating the room in which I really saluted. Location is perfect, full-stop. Anyway, there are some, i would say, advices. First, there are too many staffs from my point of view. It would be great if you could train each staff to do multi-tasking job. This would also develop your human resource and save business costs. Second, breakfast could have be better in term of ‘quality’ not quantity. Thanks and hope to see you next time.

First class Hotel”
The hotel is located just outside the city walls. It is spotlessly clean, rooms of good size, comfortable and well equipped. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.Good sized pool in landscaped grounds The owner takes a keen interest and can be seen on site talking to guests.Good choice of food at breakfast time.Free activities in morning and whilst we were there was free samples of fruit,salad, and chicken early evening.All in all a good value brand new modern hotel.

This hotel is close to everything but it feels like you’re tucked away deep in the nature once you’re inside! There’re so many things I love about this hotel, and their coffee is definitely the cherry on top.
