Acceptable
Hotel was more a room in a block of flats entered from a side street , location was terrible it seemed to be in the middle of nowhere .The lady on reception when checking in was totally disinterested and clearly hates her job .The room was nice with a lovely shower room but I should have spent extra money and stayed more central .Would not recommend .

Worth for money and good service hotel
The hotel seems to be just renovated and change the owner. I have stay before the change but since the change of ownership everything is better. The hotel is very central of thonglor and we can easily walk to Thonglor bts station and it is surrounded by cafe, Japanese restaurant, samitivej hospital and night life is in walking distance. The rooms are clean and service is great! The bed is comfortable and we got the room with city view, the window is very big ( i stay at superior room and my friends stay in deluxe room. ) deluxe room can fit 3 people which is great for friends to stay in thonglor area. I suggest you give this place a try . Very clean, convenient location, and worth the money

Very Basic
The room, while having all you need and clean, was very basic and in a pretty shady looking establishment. The hotel takes up two floors of a building that houses a Japanese Restaurant, Bar and another roof top bar. So don't except a lot of peace and quiet. Having said all that we weren't expecting very much for the price. Internet was also rather patchy and it took us a while to find the place (you have to look for a hand written sign, walk down an alley into a carpark and you will see the backdoor to the restaurant and this is where the lift and stairs are to go up to the hotel.

Good value
Great value, clean room with A/C, nice shower. Entrance a little wonky, tucked away out back, but no problem once inside. Also bring cash for small key deposit. Would stay again.

One of the worst experience ever!
From the picture that they provided it seem like a decent look room but it's a total lie (well not really, it is like the picture but less in it and less lighting). Firstly, where is the entrance because I can't see the hotel anywhere on google map and google street view ANSWER: The entrance is behind the Japanese restaurant call "Nakiya", you much go to the side and walk into the dark alley with only a small yellow paper sign written by hand "The XP Hotel <-- ". Secondly, the hotel parking lot is shared with the restaurant so when we got there to the hotel there was a sign blocking the alley leading to the hotel...... so I moved it drove in and the parking lot is full with nowhere to park + the guard was drunk and couldn't make sense of anything he was saying. Thirdly, when we were lost and couldn't find the hotel because all the hotel had was the yellow paper they call sign I called the hotel up to ask for directions which the staff didn't seem to have any clue herself and just said on Thonglor Soi 13 but no sign so I ask for something else which could help me find the hotel, guess what she did, SHE HANG UP THE PHONE! Fourthly, when we found the hotel entrance and parked our car (finally), we unload our luggage and walk into this creeping run down entrance to see that there was an elevator on the right and on the left is a door where the restaurant place/wash/transfer dirty dishes and a massive dirty trolley for the restaurant staffs to go up and down the same elevator to collect dishes from the second and third floor of the building. P.S. on the second and third floor the customers of the restaurant are literally smoking cigarettes inside the building and in front of the lift and staircase (because the staff had the trolley which filled all the space in the elevator we had to walked up the staircase). Lastly, we had the room on the fourth floor and guess what the restaurant had on the third floor? Freaking KARAOKE rooms! So if you are looki

Loud club just up stairs
This place was clean and a decent size with a nice bed. My main problem was the night club only one floor above our room with the only access coming from the elevator right outside our door and then up the stairs. We were not told about this arrangement and it definitely kept me up quite a bit throughout the night. My boyfriend is a heavy sleeper so he was not as frustrated by the situation. If you are a heavy sleeper or plan on partying late into the night maybe this will work for you but it was very annoying to me. Other than the noise the place was fine.

Good location. Worth for money
We stay one night here. It is a tiny hotel. Room is clean and staff is very helpful. Another benefit is that it is very near Samitivej hospital which we had to visit. We recommend for people who find room to stay in Thonglor area and do not require any facility. It's worth!!!
