Perfect spot for Galway city visit”
Excellent location. Basic accommodation & breakfast but perfectly clean and tidy. We had a private room for 4 (bunk beds). Highly recommend.

Very Accommodating Staff”
There was a bit of a drama during my stay (water/heating system or something?) and we had to relocate to the other Snoozles hostel in Galway. Staff were excellent and even drove my heavy bags there for me! It's these little things that make all the difference and I appreciate it. Keep up the good work guys!

A bit bleak”
The place was clean and the beds comfortable, but the room I was in, a 4-bed bedroom, was so small, less than 10 square meters I think, that we couldn't help but bump into each other. I have usually no problems with dormitories, but that was a bit too small to really enjoy the experience. Moreover, there was no vibes, the staff hardly replies to a "Hello", "Bye" or "Good morning", and so do the customers. Either they are not travelers (meaning they're not open to meet new people) or they simply follow the staff's lead. Maybe if there was a better atmosphere, the customers would be more friendly. One more point, the commons are way too small, they are not welcoming at all. We spent most of our time outside and it was way better! Breakfast is not inviting at all, we'd rather have one somewhere else. We are not huge fans of grumpy faces in the morning.

Ostello nuovissimo e ben strutturato. Camere ampie e ben organizzate, ogni letto ha la sua luce e presa. Purtroppo alcuni ospiti non volevano le finestre aperte e lascio immaginare l'odore in una stanza da 12 persone. Unica pecca, il bagno in camera è comodo, ma bisogna fare la gara per entrare, un solo bagno per 12 persone è veramente poco. La cucina è molto spaziosa e ben fornita, la colazione compresa è molto ricca e buona. Sala comune molto grande con un biliardo al centro, pulita e ben rifinita. Assolutamente consigliato vista pure la posizione perfetta, di fianco alla stazione e praticamente in centro.

시내에서 가깝고 아침도 잘나오고 괜찮았아요 다만 청소를 그닥 잘해주지는 않는듯... 체크아웃후의 베드들만 신경쓰는듯해보였고 화장실 휴지통이 꽉 찼는데도 한참을 안 비워주다가 말하니까 겨우 청소해주더라구요. 전반적으로는 괜찮았습니다

첫날 샤워부스에 머리카락덩어리랑 휴지조각이 셋째날까지 있었음”
골웨이답게 직원 정말정말 친절하고 조식도 괜찮고 식당도 깨끗, 근데 내가 받은 방이 방치하는 방인지 장기투숙객 남자 3명이 있었는데 씻지도 않고 먹지도 않고 내내 방에서 노트북 하고있어서 너무 무서웠음. 이틀 그 방에 있는동안 걔네 물 안내린 똥만 세번 봄. 특유의 홀애비냄새가 심하게 나서, 마지막 날에는 이게 방인가 등산화인가 싶을정도로 토할것같아서 방 바꿔달라고 함. 다행히 방은 바꿔줬고 바꾼 방은 이전 방보다 깨끗했는데 샤워시설은 매우 불편했음. 일단 물이 핏핏핏 나와서 다 튀어버리고 수압도 안좋았고 샤워용품 놓을 선반도 없음. 그 외에는 다 좋지만... 청결함 신경쓰는 사람들은 잘 생각해보길 ㅠㅠ 바꾼 방은 괜찮았으니 방바방이긴 함.

대체로 깔끔하고 조용했다. 버스 터미널과 가까워서 좋았다. 하지만 화장실에 세면도구를 올려놓을 선반이 없었다.
