This place is located almost middle to end of Jomtian beach area, so it would take some time to travel from Bus station to the hotel, overall is good place with basic facilities such as swimming pool, it’s closed to the beach and walkable distance 7-11, not crowded area with tourists or it’s due to Corona time that I stayed, bad internet connection for this place, well everyone carry their own smartphone with high speed internet I presume so I don’t think it’s problem for me,

There was nothing overly wrong with our stay....and nothing super impressive. I think if you are expecting a 5 star experience....you need to reset expectations. The rooms are small but fashioned in an Ikea light wood style. The toiletries are nice...but dispensed from a large bottle which stays put...the great thing about this hotel is its location ....literally across the road from the beach and all the interesting fishing boats that ply their trade at night in the bay. Handy 7/11 on the corner...songkran's running in both directions to take you anywhere along the beach (for 10 baht) to action points. In summary....if the price is right...go for it.

Beautiful hotel, but they need to do better”
location is great, right next to the beach. a few bars nearby but nothing excessive, which it makes it a great place to stay. I really like the interior design, that makes this hotel very unique, although this design is found only in the hall. the rest of the floors and rooms have different and more "standard" look. I hope they expand the bohemian style across the whole building. To be honest,I did not like staff as I found them to be not organized. My room was not clean as it should with previous guests hair and sand all over the room. during the check-out day, the cleaning ladies opened my door twice (first time at 9am and second at 9:30am), which was very unpleasant and showed disorganization between the stuff.

TV didn't work. Even though it was a flat screen needs a better signal. Also no restaurant breakfast or food options of any kind. Pool though modern and stylish needed cleaning. Bricks and lots of sand on the bottom and bird poop floating on the top. and also bird poop on the stylish modern sun loungers. 🐦💩Greater attention to detail this place could be 4or 5*

The hotel located at almost the end of Jomtien beach, you can walk to the beach less than 2mins but quite far away to the night markets and only fews bar and restaurant nearby. The room is soso as the decoration is old. They will provide basic cleaning if you request. The female staff is helpful but others are not good at English. Also, the swimming pool is super small.

Nice hotel but Badly managed”
My room had no toilet paper, shower gel empty, air con remote batteries gone, an old bar of soap used and present, stains all over the door, not properly cleaned tv signal fuzzy. Tge room was also not cleaned during ky staff. There is no one to manage and train the staff to make them do their job. However it is cheap and fairly new so can be worth a stay.
