Overall pleasurable stay nice clean hotel with friendly staff. ”
It was very clean and the rooms were nice however we were supposed to sea view but they did not have anything available which was not a problem. The 2 points which stuck out a little were that the air con was not great in the room and we asked about an indoor pool which we were advised was on ground floor we got ready and went Downstairs and we're unable to find it asked staff and they then advised that it was not in this Sofitel but in the one site next door and we would need to pay 200dh for the use. I found this a little odd as it should be included within stay and was advised by a member of staff it would be on the ground floor. Otherwise very enjoyable stay.

First impressions of this hotel are excellent with a warm friendly welcome. It is spacious and looks great. However after a few days you can see the hotel is in need of a face-lift in the rooms. No one swims in the main unheated pool and you have to pay if you want to use the one in the Sofitel Spa next door. This seems mean, as other hotel chains let you exchange facilities freely. We planned to take breakfast locally because of the high hotel price, but we were offered half price on arrival without asking, and it was then a fair price for a fairly average buffet. However the staff were very nice. In particular The main downside was the price of the food. Even the pool snacks are ridiculously overpriced. We only saw one or two tables in use in the fish restaurant. They would make more money if they halved their prices. The beds are

I enjoyed this hotel as it was in such an environment that I had never seen before (outback) and our room had a fantastic view of ocean itself! I will never forget sitting on our balcony with a glass of Moroccan wine watching the sun set over ocean. The swimming in the ocean were also amazing! I hope to return again one day!
Very well located near to a beach but food a let down”
Good location. Onsite beach. Breakfast has a lot of choices for sweet pastries but food is a let down. Sausages were gone and not replenished when we were having breakfast. They have a buffet dinner 350 Morocco dirhams per person which is not worth it at all. Food on the beach is restricted to club sandwich and pizzas. No alcoholic drinks on beachside however available poolside. Overall hotel clean but I will not stay again and will try another hotel.

Massive "luxury" hotel although could use a facelift”
the hotel location was fantastic as right on the beach. Although felt like the hotel facilities were a bit outdated and could use some upgrading. Food was hit and miss
Poor communication & unhelpful management ”
There is poor communication between staff members. Booked hotel through Agoda for celebrating wedding anniversary.. During check in informed reception about this. Due to miscommunication no proper arrangements in place. When we raised this matter during checkout, unsatisfactory explanation provided. Although we were promised that manager will get in touch with us, no email or phone call from management. Although restaurant staff & food is very good, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Only some staff speak and understand English, hence sometimes conveying messages become problematic. Because of poor communication at managerial level and unhelpful senior management, we wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

(1) location is not that close from the beach , i paid +100$ to get 2 ocean view rooms, but can barely see the ocean . (2) Rooms (floor, walls) are simply dirty and old (3) broken curtain rooms

En période scolaire, établissement pas au point personnel incompétent service médiocre Le petit déjeuner est un véritable cirque il faut courir après la vaisselle les tables ne sont pas dresser on attend plus de 25 minute pour café et thé A la piscine pas assez de serviette pour tous les clients les serviettes sales rendues sont réutilisés en faisant croire qu’elles sont propres La piscine n’es pas chauffée donc personne ne s’y baigne à quoi bon construire une aussi belle et grande piscine pour qu’elle soit vide Gestion à la réception catastrophique, Check in de plus de 2h avec aucune communication envers le client. L’hôtel a vendu plus de chambre qu’il n’en compte donc tous les jours pas assez de chambres pour les arrivés Les chambres sont défraîchies, toilette bouche, jointure sales et débordantes, il mériterait un bon coup de neuf

Les chambres sont trop petites et mal meublées: pas de fauteuil, pas d'ouverture vers l'extérieur si ce n'est une toute petite fenêtre. L'air conditionné en panne n'a pas été réparé en deux jours et cette panne n'a pas intéressé le management. Hôtel indigne de figurer dans les cinq étoiles. Il ne mérite pas plus de trois étoiles. Le Novotel de Casablanca est beaucoup mieux en terme de chambre et de service. L'hôtel est en outre mal conçu exigeant de longues marches dans les couloirs pour rejoindre sa chambre. Les boutons montée/descente des ascenseurs sont inversés. Au total c'est un hôtel trois étoiles vétuste.
