The hotel is located inside the airport which is a great location if you are traveling abroad and you have to stay in Athens overnight. You don't have to rush to get up much earlier than you need and find a taxi to take you to the airport. Only a street separates the hotel from the airport main terminal building, so you just walk there. The hotel is very well insulated, so you do not hear a sound from the airplanes that fly within the airport space. The hotel offers all the conveniences you need. Very comfortable beds, restaurants with good food, spa, wake-up call service, etc. Staff provides excellent customer service.

perfect for us”
with an early flight the next morning, we needed to be close to the airport. We were ablate walkovertothe airport from this hotel and avoid hiring a taxi. The casual restaurant had a great menu and we joined Le Club for drinks and snacks the afternoon before we flew home. Having a comfortable place to sleep and rest on our check in day was wonderful. We even got to check in early which was such a treat after our week on a cruise ship.

Worth the extra for the extraordinary comfort and location to Airport Terminals!”
This is an amazing facility. The people could not be nicer. Excellent service. They upgraded us to an Executive room which was top quality! Food was very good. We were able to use the pool, sauna on the 9th floor with cool view on the runway in the distance. Swimming and watching planes land from a rooftop (enclosed) pool is a cool experience! Zero noise, very quiet. It is the only hotel facing the airport terminals. We had a 6 am flight and did not want to take a taxi to the airport from a further location. We really hesitated because of the cost (they really need to get a budget hotel or two next to that airport) but it was so worth the price we were so happy we stayed there. Great service! Would stay there again in a minute, it is so very convenient for super late arrival or early flights.

Location, location, location. ”
The front door of the hotel is directly across from the arrivals entrance to the Athens airport, about a hundred yards away. So if you have an early flight and don’t want to risk getting caught in traffic, this is the place for you. We didn’t have time to try the restaurant, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are a bit too soft for our taste, but otherwise the hotel is first-rate.

Excellent option for late arriving flights”
Because our flight was scheduled to arrive at Athens Airport at 11pm, we opted to book the Sofitel at the airport. The next morning we picked up our rental car at the airport and drove to Nafplio. Sofitel is the only hotel located on the airport premises. It's conveniently located next to the terminal. We collected the luggage from our flight, walked to the hotel in less than 5 minutes, checked in, showered, and were in our comfy bed within 30 minutes. We had a good night's sleep, and a tasty breakfast at the hotel cafe the next morning. We liked the hotel and would recommend it.

Always a comfortable overnighter”
We love to spend a night at this hotel if we are catching an early flight the next morning. The staff are so welcoming, the hotel is clean and well maintained and the beds are extremely comfortable. They use fantastic products in the bathroom (Olive Era) which are made from natural botanicals and have a beautiful fresh fragrance suitable for men or women. The woman in charge of the spa area needs to be more accommodating. Overall the hotel is an excellent choice for a short stay.

Very convenient - next to the Athens airport!”
We were there before 10 a.m. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. They told us that we could check in in a couple of hours time or even earlier once our room is ready as were there very early. They helped us to keep our luggage in the storage room as we wanted to take a train to explore Athens downtown instead of waiting to check in. Our room was very well maintained and the check in & check out were prompt and efficient. We are very expressed by the great hospitality demonstrated by the hotel staff - both the check-in counter and concierge staff were as good!
