Stayed for 2 nights and from beginning to end, the stff were helpful. Had an issue on the first morning where my booking didn't show breakfst included, once this was resolved, we received exceptional service. Cleanliness was exceptional. Will certainly return...spend the money and enjoy a wee bit of luxury

Best in Auckland
We stayed here for 4 nights recently. The hotel itself is gorgeous from the moment you walk in. It really sets the scene for a promising holiday. The rooms were big for a hotel room. The bathroom had plenty of space especially with a separate bath and shower. We tried room service one night which was good - I wouldn't say great... They also weren't very accommodating and closed off the breakfast menu at 10:30am. Surely its not that hard to whip up a couple of eggs but hey that's what you get for sleeping in. The pool and spa were great. Even though its indoor you don't get the horrible chlorinated smell when you walk in. The gym was well equipped. too. The bar down stairs was a great place to unwind with a few drinks and a bit to eat. We spent most evenings there for a pre or post dinner drink. I will definitely be back to the Sofitel and recommend it to anyone staying in Auckland

Amazing stay in Auckland!
Due to my itinerary changed, I had to stay in Auckland for an extra night. And I booked a standard room at Sofitel Viaduct via Agoda. The ambience greatly impressed me when I first stepped into the hotel. The hotel room is much better than the photo on the website. All your needs were catered during your stay; you could make a cup of coffee by yourself with nespresso in your room. Also I was completely spoiled by the in-room dinning service, and a semi- á la carte brekky with harbour view. Though the price is a bit higher than many hotels in town, it's really worthy! I'll enjoy the spa treatment, if I'll stay at Sofitel Viaduct in Auckland next time.
