The room was very good, clean and breakfast was amazing. The location of the hotel right at the Nile is perfect.

The trip was wonderful. All the staff was exceptional, Accommodations were terrific. The only thing that I would recommend is looking at the spa. There was only one employee doing spa treatments so that meant that my partner and I had to spend most of the day there because only one could have a spa treatment at a time. Also I hate to call out anyone but the lady that did the spa treatment was poor in my opinion. I went for a back massage and yet she spent time on my legs and neck and hands instead of just my back. I had a facial which she overdid the chemical peel and had a small burn section on my cheek. My partner went in for a foot massage and he mentioned that she spent less than 10 minutes out of the 30 min on his feet. I’m not trying to complain too much but I think there needs to be more oversight and attention to your spa because it was the only place there was definitely not up to the rest of the hotel. I will say the staff checking you in at the spa was fantastic also though

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Views of the Nile are amazing and the breakfast spread is very good. I would highly recommend staying here in Cairo.

Hotel rooms need a facelift. They are dated, not able to close bathroom door, shower water not drained, missing balcony door key to lock, room phone looks 20 years old. Not a pleasant stay.

Excellent location and view of Cairo”
The hotel has a perfect location to discover Cairo and its hightlight such as the Egyptian Museum. The location on the edge of the Nile island of Zamelik makes it easily accessible. The hotel is well protected inside and through its surrounding park and the Sporting club. Choose a Club room or a room on the high level such as the 16 floor where you find the Club lounge serving free breakfast, snacks and drinks. The view of the Nilefrom there is breathtaking namely on sunrise and sunset. Th staff of the reception and in the club loung was very polite and curtious.

Due to the low tourist season, I was arranged to a room facing Nile on a higher floor. The view is increadible over the Nile. Room is very clea and breakfast is great. Having food beside river Nile is one of the biggest things you can ask for in Cairo. The only downturn but very much expected is the city noise. It locates in a busy area and traffic noise can still be heard on a high floor.
