Sofitel frankfurt hotel, hotel is clean and look new. Location alright, quiet hotel, room given with 0 view and it was too near to opposite window, request to change the room but was ask to top up money so in the end we bear with no curtain open. Hotel kind of Shortage of man power, communicate wise in English still alright able to understand. Overall nothing special, just look new and clean.

Really the best hotel in Frankfurt for quality and location”
This hotel is new (opened last year) therefore the standard of the rooms is excellent. The staff were lovely and friendly and the bellboy and concierge remembered my name every time they saw me! Only 6 floors with a state of the art elevator. I would recommend booking a room with breakfast if you want to eat breakfast. I had it only on one day as I was meeting friends Sunday morning. The cost of 37 Euros is, in my mind, exorbitant. They have a lovely rooftop bar which is actually the terrace of the Presidential Suite. If the suite is not being used then the bar is open - subject to weather and time of year I would guess. They had a disco one of the nights I was there and it was quite noisy but only until just after 11.30pm. If you don't want this then ask for a quiet room opp the park. As I was there for 5 nights they changed my room for me. I am back in Frankfurt in April and provided I can get a reasonable rate I shall be staying there again. Fabulous - 5 stars all the way.

Nice Hotel in a great location but not comfortable and VERY Noisy”
The hotel is well located and is very modern and clean. The staff came across quite hostile. Especially after complaining about extremley loud drilling noises which shook our beds from 7:30/8am in the morning waking us all up. This really ruined our trip, after a late night and hoping to finally sleep in whilst away from the kids we were woken up by very loud drilling/building noises. To the extent it shook our bed and we were unable to hear each other at all. We complained to staff who just merely said there was nothing to be done and its probably from the opera house or something.. Will not stay or recommend this hotel for this reason - Beware of this if you want to sleep in. Spa was very basic too.

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Innenstadtlage, sehr guter Service mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Zimmer komfortabel und schön eingerichtet, außergewöhnlich bequeme Betten. Leckeres,variantenreiches Frühstück. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Spa ziemlich verbesserungsbedürftig..., das Hotel müsste darauf hinweisen, dass die Gäste eigene Badeschuhe mitbringen...., die Hotelschläppchen sind lebensgefährlich auf dem nassen Boden im gesamten Spa...., wir mussten deshalb barfuß laufen, sehr unangenehm! Ebenso waren für die Hotelgäste nur winzige Handtücher im Saunabereich zur Verfügung, der Weg zurück ins Zimmer zu weit, deshalb saßen viele Frauen auf viel zu kleinen Tüchern in der Sauna.... Ebenso ein völliges Beleuchtungsdesaster: kaltes weißes LED Licht im gesamten saunabereich! OP feeling! Schrecklich!

Das Frühstück kostet 36 Euro pro Person. Es wäre schön und richtig, wenn man dazu eine kleine Alternative anbieten würde, z.B. Kaffee und Croissants oder Brötchen. Der kleine Cappuccino kostet übrigens schon 5 Euro. Ganz schön happig. Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte freundlicher und zuvorkommender sein.

Check in verlief schleppend, trotz online Bestätigung. Gepäck mit vertraulichen Unterlagen wurde ins falsche Zimmer geliefert. Zuständige Personen waren überrascht Hatte Meeting konnte mich nach Anreise nicht umziehen etc. Habe im Restaurant persönlich beim Kellner Tisch reservieren lassen und er wollte mich an der Bar informieren, sobald ein Tisch frei ist. Kellner hat sich nicht mehr blicken lassen. Essen musste zurück gegeben werden, da es nicht gar respektive nicht heiss serviert wurde. Wein musste dreimal serviert werden, bis er mundete, entweder zu warm serviert, oder die Flasche war schon längere Zeit offen. Fazit: Preis-/Leistung und Service enttäuschend.

入住时，看我是中国人，给了一个非常差的房间，在一个建筑拐角整个就是一个不规则形状，让人非常压抑，住了这么多酒店没住过这样的房间，很生气下去谈换房间，果然换了面对公园的方正观景房，呵呵，这不下去谈就不换了，欺负人吗？换了的房间浴池和牙刷杯都很脏，沉土很厚一层，卫生条件不好，不建议入住这家酒店。
