Niels the Concierge, beauty of hotel, location.
We had a great time at the Grand, but our room was really very small. Good for a single, not good for a couple. Otherwise, the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at.

Lovely hotel”
Attentive staff, clean room & location couldn't be better.
Really lovely stay, great room over looking the courtyard garden so it was very quiet. Attentive pleasant staff & above all a very nice well appointed room which was very clean. The location is excellent being just a stones throw away from Dam Square, museums & the red light district, although we felt like The Grand was a little oasis nicely tucked away. We didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment in the standard of the food but it has 24 hour room service & the restaurant looked great on our brief visit for a drink.

Beyond my expectation!”
clealiness, friendly staff, location
My stay was beyond expectation. I have visited Europe many times and usually even a 5-star hotel disappoints me. In general, accommodation in Eur is expensive and unlike in any other countries where space is unlimited. In Europe, this hotel is considered spacious. The room is clean, the staff was SUPER knowledgeable, the swimming pool and saunas were superb as well. They also provide a free internet and business center where you can print anything you need. This is the best hotel out in my 2014 Eurotrip! Def. will come back!

It's so pleasure to stay there, the quality of the hotel is nice, staff is so helpful, good breakfast, quiet surroundings even it's close to the red light area. Nice hotel, I will stay there again for sure if I go to Amsterdam again.
