Great hardware, but staff training is needed to be improved.
Hotel facilities are great, but it is obviously lack of maintanence. Management system is needed to be improved as a five star hotel in such a competitive place. There are a few outstanding staffs, but service is needed to be improved in general especially the servants in the restaurant at 6th floor.
