The resort has the honor of being the only 5-star property in the Sunshine Coast city of Noosa. This Sofitel property, much like the city it is in, caters to those for whom budget is not an issue. The Noosa River is across the resort, as is the riverfront area of Noosaville and its several restaurants. Noosa caters to nature lovers with national park treks, cruises along the river, diving, and trips to the hinterland. The extensive spa treatments at the AQUA Day Spa, which include everything from manicures to pregnancy massages and full body exfoliations, is a welcome retreat after a few days of sightseeing. With an excellent riverfront location, the Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort allows guests to reconnect and re-energize.

Great hotel in a convenient location ”
The Beach House by Peter Kuruvita is a stage out restaurant located at the hotel. The gym is sufficient, the pool bar Is great, the spa is amazing! The rooms can get pricey esp in popular times
Weekend Away ”
Great location for restaurants Hotel its self is on the tired side Pool Villa is well appointed, upstairs down stairs, plenty of room
Perfect position, relaxing & beautiful”
From arrival to check out everything was perfect, friendly staff, great amenities, heated pool, we stay here every year for Noosa Food & Wine.
Great location beautiful friendly staff and great spacious rooms”
I would recommend it to all my friends younger families with kids is just perfect
French was used and nice change
TV Talent ”
Dining facilities poor Service was terrible ”
Had to ask for tea or coffee as gave up waiting every day for a waitress to ask us if we wanted a hot drink. Usually waited minimum 30 mins and offer never came so had to ask them. Very poor service in dining room at breakfast Rest of Staff very friendly and helpful. Pregnant girl at Dining room breakfast very sweet but needs training not to say “You’s have a lovely day!” Terrible slang and embarrassing to here this at a 5 Star resort
Double the price for half the hospitality compared with Sheraton”
Everything was hokey. Not worth the money at all.
Best accommodation in Noosa”
We stayed here for the Noosa Food & Wine Festival, the location was perfect, staff were incredibly helpful, we arrived early and our room was ready for us. The rooms were very clean and super spacious, with an amazing view, will be staying here again!!!!!
Hallways smelt stale Price $200 more than last stay and view poor Chlorine in pool string Gym poorly equipped
Beautiful location and facilities.
Beautiful hotel, massive room, great amenities.
Good hotel in good location. ”
Address needs to be corrected so visitors don't end up driving up and down Hastings street! Had unpleasant conversation with a staff member discussed with manager spoke upon check out. I love the Sofitel hotels but did not feel very welcomed at this one. I was given grief about the free wifi for members because I booked thru Agoda. Same staff member than told me I would never receive any member services at any Accor hotels that if I don't book thru Accor! I'm on a 6 week 4 country tour and have stayed at 6 Novotel and Sofitel before this one and was never told this or treated this way!
From the time we arrived staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room with lots of room on the 6th floor overlooking the river. The Sofitel is in a great position on Hastings Street and close to the beach, shops, restaurants and transport. The pool was great and the fruit cups brought around was a nice thing to offer. On some days there was entertainment around the pool as well. Turndown service at night with chocolates and water was another surprise. We would definitely stay there again.
Great pool, spacious room.
Service was perfect. Beautiful large rooms. Superb views. We couldn't fault our stay in any way. We keep coming back.
Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. ”
The location is the jewel in the crown for this hotel. Whale watching, dining, cafés, great beaches and a beautiful hinterland. Couple this to a great hotel and you have a combination that is hard to beat. We’ve stayed a number of times and it never fails to deliver a relaxing stay in paradise.
I loved this hotel. The only downfall was that they were renovating the pool area. It was very noisy which wasn't very relaxing and relaxation was exactly what this holiday was for.
Great hotel! great location!”
River views are nicest in my opinion, room size was great. The only thing I'd fault is part of my stay there was a conference which was absolutely fine but on 2 occasions they had dinner set up by the pool area which disrupted us as well as limiting our time at the pool otherwise everything else was great
The spa was set in the washing machine surge mode, splashing the chlorinated water in your face. Despite the staff offering free drinks around the poll this detail was missed on both days. A special mention to staff member Victoria who was very professional and helpful.
