The hotel is very close to the Metro 1 line with easy access to the center of Paris. I love that within 30mins you could be at all the major tourist sites. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The fitness room is very small. Overall, a very nice clean and stylish hotel.

Second home”
The only drawback regard this hotel is that its quite difficult for taxi drivers to find it. Badly sign. Othervise a fantastic hotel with amazingly friendly staff. Worth every penny. The bed was simply among the best I"ve slept in. Breakfast was ok, but here too the staff makes you want to stay there all day. Overall this hotel is very modern and stylesh and a great place to stay in Paris. Love to come back.

Small (compact) room, but with all amenities you would need, robe, slippers, nice shampoo and gel. A small fridge with 4 bottles of water. Super comfy king sized bed, and pillows. Unfortunately a very small desk, dificult to work.

6 star staffs but hotel only 4*”
It was a great stay nice hotel but to be a 5star need to have more facilities which might differ from a country to another but what surprised us was the staff professionalism and the way they go that extra mile to make their customers happy in particular MR. Alban at the reception were he always was going out of his zone to make customers happy and the extended help he was offering all customers also other staff were very attending and always ready to help. Hotel is nicely situated very close to metro and also few minutes away from a nice Westfield shopping mall.

Difficult to access by car”
This hotel is nice, by you better go there by train, then by car. No parking palce available and permanent traffic construction works make it less enjoybale to stay in this hotel.

Comfortable Room but mediocre housekeeping”
Quiet comfortable room but room servicing lacks attention to detail. Room reasonably clean on arrival but the overall stay spoiled by the fact that the amenities were not fully replenished each day. Bathroom amenities are in eco friendly wall dispensers were not refilled when empty. Four coffee pods supplied on arrival but not replenished during 5 night stay, neither was the shoe polishing mitt and the desk chair leg in room was broken. Apart from the small niggles, it was a good experience and a nice place to stay but a bit more care with the small details would improve this place considerably. I agree with the other reviewers, it is a trick place to find by car but my drop off and return airport transport managed OK.

I don’t know if I will recommend this hotel or not. I enjoyed the bathroom and stay as the front desk named Quentin upgraded my deluxe room to junior suite, however the junior suite description here at agoda should be expected as 56m square but the room they gave doesn’t look like that. I requested for a room with view however I was placed in a room facing courtyard and neighboring buildings, the view of la defense is on the other side of there building but anyways fine as it’s just a REQUEST. However since I booked a 5star hotel and on description newly renovated 2020, I was really expecting a good smelling ambiance of the room but but it was the opposite, yes it looks clean but the smell is like previous guest did the sport / exercise in the room and the room smells completely like sweat same as what you can smell when you go to the gym. The smell didn’t disappear until I checked out maybe because there’s a lack of air ventilation or exhaust. Nice decorated room and bathroom although I didn’t find cotton buds. It’s nice to find in the bathroom almost complete set shower/bath gel, shampoo, and hair conditioner after shampoo and the lotion too. MGallery’s restaurant was closed on New Year’s Eve and you can order regular room service menu but they didn’t prepare a New Year’s Eve menu. The room service food is yes overpriced because the main dish I ordered was delivered as something just like for midnight snacking. So food wise I still can’t forget my best experience last New Year’s Eve of 2021 at just 4star hotel Concorde Montparnasse with Eiffel Tower view because they offered New Year’s Eve complete set of meal for just €30 and it’s a simple feast for New Year’s Eve. Then the big issue was my booking with breakfast INCLUSION. I prepaid booking the hotel more than two months before check in and when I checked in at front desk they told me that what I paid with agoda doesn’t include breakfast so if for other travelers who doesn’t normally call agoda for some issues

Stunning Hotel with Great Facilities”
I had to stay, for one night only, in the Sofitel Hotel in Paris because of business. The offices are very near by and as such the location of the hotel was perfect for me- although it would be a little far out for a 'tourist' trip to Paris. I arrived very late and the staff were pleasant and helpful, as were the business centre staff who I spoke to before my trip re. booking conference facilities. Overall, a very high standard of hotel.

A Good Business Hotel ”
Our stay at Sofitel La Defense was descent. The staff and room were friendly and clean respectively. The rooms are a bit old but very spacious. However, the area is dead on the weekends due to the fact that it is sited in a business district. The hotel is also situated quite far from Paris town centre but the Metro Station is situated adjacent to the hotel. Overall, the hotel rates are competitive and its worth while to stay there on a long holiday.

Choose this hotel because of the size of the room, not disappointed. Much more spacious than most in Paris. It is quite relaxing as its in the residental part of La Defence. The metro station is just round the corner, and only a few stops away from most attraction. Very good breakfast as well.

Superb!”
The check in time took about 3 hours once I arrived in the hotel during the new year. Free internet access and close to the metro station. The room was big and clean, vey cozy. The bed was so so so comfortable and we did had a good rest in the hotel. The waiting time was totally worth it. Will be back to Sofitel for definitely! Highly recommended!

We liked the staff were very friendly helpful. Smaller hotel so u r looked after. Dining room & food was excellent.hotel out of centre but lots Restaurants close by & good variety. Metro so efficient. Used taxis sometimes but love walking. Nice part of Paris. Will be going back & will use again.

Enjoyed I this Hotel immensely. Small & intimate. You are not a number. Restaurant food excellent. Very friendly always ready to please. Nice area. Out of Paris but a clean efficient Metro. Great area lots space. Stayed 7 days then another 7 days so 14 all together. Many business people stay here. Safe location with open spaces.

Great location, room size and room cleanliness”
Good stay overall. Very easy to get to Paris city center and for the price, very good room size. Staff at front desk a bit rude and elevator was out of order for couple hours during my stay. Staff performance- I didn't get my room past 2pm which was checkin time and staff was unapologetic. I needed a taxi to airport after my stay and staff told me if they call taxi for me, the meter starts right when they call which means it could add 10euros. I was surprised by this and she had this "take if or leave it" attitude.
