5 star hotel but service is like motel. Worst experienced ever”
I requested a change the room because it was not what i reserved room but I had to wait over two hours, finally they are changed our room but this room aircondition and phone doesnt worked The reception said that "as you can see there is alot of customer today so we are busy" so you must wait again to fix the air conditioner.I didn't want to wait, so I asked for another room, but it was not accepted and in the end we wasted our time and slept in the first room forced

great place to chill out after a day of business”
Have used this hotel 3 times already and I keep going back simply because its great. Besides the spacious rooms it is also a great place to go back to after a hot day of meetings where you can chill out at the pool or the beautiful garden. Restaurants are pretty good too.

Almost everything about the stay was ok, the staff try very hard, but the are handicapped by their culture, women are either invisible or to be ignored and that reflex gets really annoying after a while. The rooms are nice, but old, and in my opinion not up to Sofitel standards, there were lots of small things, the small motor to pull the curtains wasn't attached, the coffee machine didn't work, the lighting was impossible to understand, we notified the hotel, but on departure nothing had been done. The breakfast is good, but the quantiantise are small, tiny plates with meat or cheese that take literally 30 min to change. The shops that were supposed to be open, are not, or later, or ... Always an excuse, that gets frustrating. Our experience with Riads was must more positive, and as the hotel is not close to anything, I wouldn't recommend staying here, but in the medina where you can at least explore.

ULtimately problem was satisfactorily resolved by hotel. My parents visited us late at night and wanted taxi. A range rover of sorts arrived, comfortable but unmetered ..... Charged 200 Dh for a ten minute ride - for which normal taxis have charged only 60 dh

ビジネスで利用。ネット環境がいいところであることが最重要であったが、モロッコにはなかなかネット環境が充実しているところがない。ここは、モロッコの中でも ネットスピードは一番いいのではないか。下りで２２Ｍｂｐｓほど出ていた。部屋もモダンで快適。特にベッドはよかった。朝食バイキングもバリエーションが豊富で 極めておいしい。朝からケーキ類もおいているが、これもかなりおいしかった。さすがフランス系のホテルです。料金は一人滞在なら高いが、二人滞在なら、日本と比べてもこのクラスなら決して割高ではない。おすすめです。

・レストランがビュッフェスタイルしかなく、値段が高い。夜はモロッコ料理のアラカルトレストランがあるが、味がいまいち。 ・部屋は整頓されていて清潔感があるが、デザインにこだわりすぎるあまり、電話が使いにくかったり、照明の調節やシャワーの調節など、使いこなす迄に時間のかかる設備が多かった。
