I loved the overall experience of staying here but the rooms and washrooms were a big disappointment. The sheets and curtains were stained and dirty. The bathroom was way too small and very uncomfortable in terms of design. The rooms were clearly ancient and in desperate need of an upgrade. We were not provided a kettle in the room and had to ask for one. There were no bathroom slippers. And worst of all - no internet even though at the time of booking, it said wifi in all rooms. The wifi actually only worked in the lobby and the reception and was incredibly slow. The room cleaning service was bad - they did not replace the used towels and did not even bother cleaning the ashtray. The best parts were the mindblowing landscaping in the entire resort and the food and restaurant staff. I would have run away from there if it weren't for them. The food was fresh, and tasty and the menu was set wonderfully. We LOVEDDD the new years gala dinner in particular. The restaurant staff was AMAZING. They were so so warm and respectful - service was excellent and the cherry on top was the special steak they prepared for us the night before we checked out. The pool facility was also good. And so was the bar which was open 24/7. They had a shuttle service to their private beach which was clean, well-kept and served great food. The location was okay but a bit away from SOHO and Naama Bay. But there were shops close by and places to eat.

- كل العاملين فالمكان بلا اي استثناء ممتازين ولطفاء جدا و بيحلوا أي مشكلة ف ثواني . - الاكل كان ممتاز ومتنوع جدا و الشيفات كلهم ذوق ومبتسمين وطقم الويترز كلهم ذوق واخلاق. - نضافة المكان كويسة اوي .. فيه بعض مشاكل بسيطة فالسباكة لكن قابلة للحل وبمجرد ما طلبنا حد يتعامل .. فدقيقة كان عندنا. - البيسين بيتنضف كويس اوي، منطقة الكيدز اريا كويسة، التكييفات ممتازة ، السراير مريحة - عيبه الوحيد ان الشاطيء بعيد شوية، وان كانوا بيوفروا باص يودي الناس ويجيبهم من الشاطيء. - التجربة اجمالا كانت ممتازة وهكرر الزيارة ان شاءالله
