Comfortable hotel with helpful staff”

Clean room, good service, friendly, helpful staff

I needed to rent a car while in town and the front desk staff helped facilitate that, and the helped me in a personal matter as well. The setting is very comfortable and taxi drivers know how to find the hotel even though it seems off the beaten path. Staying here really does feel like staying with family.

Pengalaman yang tidak akan di ulang”

Hanya tempat untuk tidur di malam hari, tidak nyaman untuk bersantai

Pertama check in kami di berikan pilihan kamar karena situasi disana sepi. Pintu kamar sulit di tutup rapat karena handle pintu sudah tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Kamar mandi yang tidak bersih terlihat dari closet yang banyak kotoran serpihan-serpihan hitam, dinding kamar mandi yang kotor dan pintu kamar mandi yang tidak bisa terkunci, banyak semut, AC yang tidak dingin, banyak pasir di atas bed cover. Petugas reception yang tidak standby 24 jam sehingga pada saat di cari tidak bisa walaupun sudah di bel dan petugas yang tidak ramah. Mengalami mati lampu sebanyak 5 kali di malam terakhir kami menginap. Sarapan hari pertama di berikan nasi goreng dan hari kedua diberikan roti.
