Love this hotel”
It’s a really nice hotel but really expensive. The facilities are very nice. Love their pool. Love the room. We will go back here for special occasions only because of the price. Staffs were all nice.
we stayed here with my kids and it was very pleasant stay, our room is massive at around 151sqm it was a very good experience, the pool was nice too not so deep so i'm not scared allowing my kids to just swim around by themselves, theres also life guard roaming around and i like that the towels were always available..
we stayed to celebrate my daughters birthday. we are so overwhelmed for what they did. they sent a personalized birthday card for my 2 daughters, we just loved the efforts and felt the warmt welcome.. thank you so much and will definitely go back..
Beat the traffic and enjoy pure luxury ”
So close to airport so you won’t spend hours in the traffic Once here you won’t want to leave with great rooms awesome pool and plenty of dining options Currently no live entertainment but I believe waiting to complete slight renovations
Love this hotel”
We stay at solaire every time we have special occasion..they always upgrade our rm without additional cause..they always make it a point that you feel special on your bday.. best value for money and staff is amazing..pool is kid friendly
We stayed at the bay room with lounge access for 2 nights. The place is great and clean. Staffs of the lounge area were accommodating too. Though compared to the other hotels where we frequent rooms with lounge access, this one doesnt offer much variety in food.Well I guess I was expecting too much but then overall I might not come back again. Also the food in Fresh is not that competetive anymore as compare to other buffets.
Still one of the best if not the best in the area. ”
Even if they are one of the older hotels in the area, there's not trace that the place id old or rundown. In fact the room at the Sky Tower looked brand new and as a matter of fact I noted some subtle changes and upgrades made to the room since my last stay. Cleanliness was topnotch. Check-In was fast, requests noted and granted. Food was superb. We ate at the Japanese and Korean Restaurants and enjoyed both our meals even the private dining was great. Can't really find much or any fault in my stay this time around. Looking forward to coming back soon. It was definitely a great staycation.
Friendly staff specially front desk agent Miguel very professional.
The best hotel!
It's feels great to stay at Solaire.
Great hotel. Room price was good for the type of hotel”
I had one problem where an employee entered the room after he knock. I did not hear the knock but was startled when he came in. Apparently they put chocolate in the room for the guest but I argued it should of been prior to me checking in. I complained and they were apologetic and gave us complimentary breakfast for two. Other than that the place was great!!
The Solaire ”
We were there becuase our daughter was performing at The Solaire theatre. It was tooo expensive otherwise. The rooms were BEAUTIFUL and the staff most attentive. The pool was also really nice. But there was nothing else to do unless you were there for the casino which was very spacious and had good air circulation and didn’t feel hemmed in like other casinos I have visited.
Absolutely one of the best”
Solaire is by a long way one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at from the amenities to the friendly services, this is a very impressive hotel that must be seen to be believed for the price also unbeatable my stay was far too short I could have remained there far longer. If I ever come back to Manila I will not stay anywhere other than Solaire.
So this was my second booking for the following day, they told me i could not leave my previous room until this room is ready. surprised that i had seamless experience of having to change rooms. hassle free. Tho expect their services or assistance for personnel for 10-15 minutes and around 20-30 minutes if peak hours. Had no problem with the long wait for check-out since they would not double check the room. :) View from the bay tower is excellent if you're looking for a good sunset view. Movies on demand you'll have to pay for P600 Overall it was worth it since i invited my friends over i had to ask to fix my room and after an hour it was like new. :) Thank you Solaire!
cheaper to book in Agoda”
Tho you may get dissapointed not to earn points since you're booking under a third party, nevertheless they will ask you for a P5,000 security deposit and from there you'll have no problem enjoying your stay at Solaire. :) you'll find everyone hospitable and accommodating from one simple need to urgent requests.
Our room on the 6th floor overlooked an interior garden. The room was nicely appointed and SPACIOUS. The bathroom was huge with separate tub and shower. The Air Conditioning was exceptional in that it accurately maintained its setting whether you wanted it cool, moderate or warm. We travel frequently and Solaire was the best room we have been in since our stay in Macau several years ago. My only complaints would be that (1) it takes a while before one can figure out which light switches affect which lights - a printed room map card with locations vs. light switches would be very helpful. (2) The desk chair is uncomfortable and cheap - doesn't really match up with the remainder of the room in my opinion. Overall, a great stay.
5 star in everything!”
I always stay in Solaire when I watch a concert in MOA, but it's my first time to stay in one of their suites. And everything was just PERFECT! Now, I can't go back staying in regular rooms. LOL See you next Saturday, Solaire!
5 star , so love to stay here with my family❤️”
Amazing place and staff, upgraded to bayview deluxe corner room without any additional charges thanks to receptionist Jan Pineda also to the staff from pool area for good service. It was awsome experience for my whole family. The best hotel in the Philippines❤️❤️❤️
Had room problems. Even after they adjusted the thermostat, it was freezing in room. Next day, they fixed it. Still very cold. So I just turned it off. Bathroom shower was hitting the shower wall & making a small canal going out. So everytime I showered I have a huge puddle of water on the floor. I slipped the first time. After that I placed towels all around. They were soaking wet when I got out. Desk phone had to be change. Just disappointed in my room & the Korean & Japanese restaurants we ate at. OASIS though was excellent. There sandwiches was very delicious. Bakery was excellent too. Service was excellent at Oasis & Bakery. Friendly staff. Casino was average. The whole time I was playing not once was I asked if I wanted a drink. Front desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Baggage service was EXCELLENT. I guess it's a hit or miss.
Amazing First Time at Solaire Resort”
We were at Solaire to catch a Show and decided to make it a staycation. We were amazed at the spacious rooms at the Skytower (upgraded), cleanliness and ocean view. We had a much appreciated R&R time all in all. Buffet breakfast was great also! We told ourselves that we will definitely return for a longer stay soon!
