Well-connected hotel that's close to Tsukiji with a great team!”
If you're planning one of those early morning trips to Tsukiji Market, Solaria Nishitetsu's a good bet - its an under-10 minute walk (or just 1 short train stop away). Also, the front desk was very helpful in making a booking for me for a restaurant - they speak good English and were always smiling. The toiletries smell great and they provided little face towels in the room (which I didn't use but perhaps should have) which I believe were for the oppressive summer heat and humidity since I saw a number of Tokyo-ites using them. If you're a smoker, there's a mall around the corner called Matsuya Ginza which has a smoking room on the upper floor with all the restaurants (bear in mind there aren't many smoking spots left in Tokyo apart from some malls, restaurants and around a few subway exits). Second time staying here in Tokyo and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for helping make my second trip to Tokyo a very good one Solaria Nishitetsu Team! I hope to stay with you again! And thank you Agoda!

Best First Experience of Tokyo”
The location was perfect. Near to everything, it was in a significant part of Tokyo - GINZA - and yet the way the hotel was located somehow made it feel cozy and personal. I really liked Solaria Nishitetsu - all the fine details made it feel like I was in a small cozy 5-star hotel. The staff were very nice as well. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended especially if you're in for a lot of shopping or even not - it's just a wonderful experience overall!

Perfect Location, Great Staff, Great Stay”
We stayed at Solaria for 9 nights in a twin room (larger than double and beds can be pushed together). Room was small but comfortable, had AC and air purifier/humidifier, and had a great shower and bath. Location is in Ginza central to shopping, great restaurants, Tsukiji market, and Kabuki-za, and is on Ginza line, which goes direct to Shibuya and Ueno/Asakusa. Tokyo station is in walking distance or brief taxi ride with luggage to catch Shinkansen, and Yurakucho JR station is also about a 10 minute walk. Staff were not all completely fluent in English but were all very kind and very willing and able to help with restaurant reservations and other needs. Hotel stored our luggage when we travelled outside of Tokyo for a few days mid-trip and had it waiting in our room when we returned. Overall a great stay, centrally located, and reasonably priced, especially for Tokyo.

My best stay in Tokyo! ”
I've been to Tokyo several times but I felt that Solaria was my best experience so far. 1. LOCATION is fantastic! It's near the H Line, near the Mitsukoshi, near a Shake Shack, near a KIT KAT Chocolatory, and near the Airport Limousine drop off point! PLUS it has a mailbox in front so you can drop off your wi-fi rental in a jiffy. 2. Rooms are fantastic! I stayed in a single room and my brother stayed in a double. Both rooms were cozy and super clean! 3. Staff were friendly and accommodating! I had rented a pocket wi-fi and they brought it out without me asking for it! I will DEFINITELY stay in Solaira Nishitetsu Ginza again and again!

Great hotel, great location!”
Our stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel was great. The hotel is walking distance from the Tsukiji Fish Market and Kabuki-za and super close to the Higashi Ginza subway station. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and modern. The rooms were small (as is typical in Tokyo) however the space was used well. The free wifi had good speed. We felt the price was reasonable. We would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent hotel in convenient location”
While this hotel did not give me the same modern impression I got from Solaria Nishitetsu in Seoul, it still had great interior, very generous supplies, and a super helpful staff that even let me switch room because my first room got a lot of noise from families with babies in the hallway. I got an upgrade to a twin room, without extra cost. Next time I will definitely book one of these higher standard rooms directly, as the single room was lacking windows. One small negative is that I did not find a single English TV channel.

Perfect hotel for first time in Tokyo. Will stay again on return trip. ”
This was our first time in Japan and we couldn't believe what a great hotel Solaria was. We kept experiencing moments of delight from the amazing service to the clean facilities and amenities. It wasn't until we left and stayed in a different hotel in Osaka did we realize we had taken some things for granted. We never heard another guest while at Solaria. The location in Ginza is near an Ippudo, high end shopping mall and food hall and multiple subway stops. I honestly cannot think of a single complaint. It might have been the most luxurious hotel stay I've ever had.

Great hotel right in the heart of the shopping district”
Loved our stay at Solaria Ginza. The rooms are bigger than many of the chain hotels in Japan. The hotel is in one of the smaller streets off the main shopping area so it's not too busy which we liked. Walking out to shop is easy, 5-10mins and you'll be in the famous Ginza main street. There's a subway entrance just 100m away where Matsuya department store is located. If you're hungry late at night, there's also an Ippudo Ramen shop located next to the hotel that opens till late! Would definitely stay here again.

Well located, convenient, new and cosy rooms ”
A very comfortable stay and would love to return the next time we go back to Tokyo. There is a direct train from Haneda airport to Higashi Ginza metro station that took around 40 minutes. A disable lift at the station was handy for our pram and suitcases. Huge variety of dining options around the hotel and a convenience store around the corner of the hotel that was great for snacks and breakfast. Surrounding neighbourhood felt very safe and walking distance to the fish market, even Tokyo Station/Imperial Palace if you don't mind a long stroll. Room was small but well designed with even a sofa area. The bathroom was spacious. All furnishing was clean and new. Sound proofing seemed to be good which was great when we have a toddler. One kind front desk staff helped us to retrieve our lost goods left on a metro train. Umbrella readily available for the rainy weather. In general, very happy with the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. The only thing that could make me hesitate would be the pricing.

Near Ginza but quiet & big room”
Pros: - The double room is quite big comparing with other hotels nearby. No more than 2 big suitcases can be opened. - Bathtub is big also. - All amenities are provided for 2 persons in room, including toothbrushes, tooth pastes, combs, cotton buds, shower caps, razors, hair leave-on oil, facial amenities from DHC, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, bath powder and soap. - The hotel is located in a quiet area and near Higashi-ginza subway station, exit no. A2. - A convenience store named Family Mart is just 2 mins away. - There are direct trains from Higashi-ginza subway station (Asakusa line) to Haneda airport. So convenient! Cons: - The hotel is near shopping area named Ginza which is in a walking distance (about 7-10 minutes). However, there is other hotels located nearer. If a purpose of the stay is for shopping, I will choose others because of the nearer distances. Though, the price is a bit higher.

Solaria Nishitetsu is a brand I already trust. Great service, Clean Rooms, EXCELLENT BATHROOMS! But the location is UNMATCHED! Really... a great location for GINZA!

This is a fantastic hotel!”
This is my third Tokyo hotel room, and while they've all been great, this one was the best (single room, traveling alone). Spotlessly clean, the room was well laid out, and staff was lovely. They kept my luggage for me when I arrived WAY before check-in, and again when I checked out but wasn't flying out until later in the day. The bed was super comfortable, the linens were great, and I loved the shower/bath tub combo room. Location is fantastic (1 minute to Ginza Station) and you're across the street from an Ippudo location. Amenities, as with all the places I've stayed in Tokyo, were top knotch. Staff was lovely and helpful as I tried to relay things in broken Japanese. I travel a lot for business, and this was one of the better hotels I've stayed at, but far from the most expensive. This hotel was fantastic, and I would happily stay again!

Modern stylish hotel in Ginza”
I had wonderful stay in solaria nishitetsu ginza. It is a beautiful modern and stylish designed hotel. We booked semi double room for around 200$/night. The room is smaller than we expected, when both of our suitcases were opened basically there's no more place to walk in the room. Also another - is that the room and bath area only separated with curtain. During our stay, all staffs that we met weren't as friendly as other Hotelstaff we've been encountered during our trip through Japan. However the hotel is perfect if you plan alot of activities and shopping around Ginza and going to Tsukiji Fish Market. Airport Bus to Narita is near Ginza Station not far from Apple Store(5min walk) for only 1000Y instead of the airport limousine hotel shuttle which'd cost you 3100Y.

EXCELLENT location from which to explore the wider city”
From the Solaria Hotel we could not have had better access to a range of metro lines for our exploration of Tokyo. Supermarkets, convemience stores amd major department and high end stores also so close, which made last minute takeaway dinner options very easy. Nearby is the excellent Maru Restaurant where we ate twice. Hotel staff, especially Rahmat (?) provided exceptional service. All are to be commended. The hotel is so close to metro stations that public transport Is a great option on arrival at the airport

Wonderful Experience”
We had a great experience staying with Solaria. The room is nice; the bed is comfy; breakfast is exceptional; the location is great ( in the centre of Ginza). I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone wants to be shopping around and have a quiet night.

Quite spacious rooms and excellent location!”
Our stay here was wonderful. The hotel rooms and lobby are very modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful every day. We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was quite spacious for the price we paid, compared to some other tiny Tokyo hotels that I've seen. The hotel location is great, only 5 minutes walk to Ginza subway station and the main shopping streets full of life and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice spot in Ginza”
This was our first time in Tokyo and I didn’t do too much research on the different neighborhoods, but staying here ended up being perfect, as Ginza is centrally located, so it’s easy to get to the main things you’ll likely want to do. The room at this hotel was bigger than I expected, with a lovely (but pricey at around $20) breakfast. There’s an Ippudo ramen place across the street (open really late, in case your flight gets in late like ours did!) and it’s in walking distance to the fish market. The Ginza line is just a couple of blocks away, and it’s a hub so it’s easy to get anywhere.

Great Ginza classy boutique hotel”
Great hotel! Luxurious, super comfortable, great location in Ginza, super staff (some speaking English with a super London accent), great buffet breakfast, reasonable price. Only negative is rooms tend to be on the small side, with tight space around the bed. But this is Tokyo and we are in the heart of Ginza: can't have it all!

Thank you very much for staying at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Ginza. We are very glad to say that you liked our hotel. Other Solaria brand hotels are located in Kyoto and Kagoshima. Both are famous sightseeing spots in Japan, so I hope you'll stay when you come to Japan next time. Of course, we are looking forward to seeing you again in Ginza. Hope you have a pleasant day.
