Everything!! Absolutely filthy inside and out!! Didn't resemble photos at all.!! Took lots of photos as needs to be seen to be believed!! Had my husband and sons band had an alternative they wouldn't have stayed... There are no words for how disgustingly filthy the house is...

I will never stay in a Dragon Serviced Apartments property ever again.”

On the plus side, it is clean, the beds are comfortable and it’s in a safe neighbourhood.
DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. I stayed for 19 nights. On day 1 I advised Dragon Serviced Apartments, who run the property, that the back door lock was broken, and it was secured only by a flimsy chain. They promised to get maintenance over to fix it. After multiple emails and a phone call, the actual landlord inspected it while we were out and nothing was ever done to fix it. Clearly they think an unsecured property is acceptable. I also reported a dangerous, sparking microwave that was unsafe to use and requested a replacement. This was ignored. Other faults with the property include a broken extractor fan in the kitchen, and a nearly falling apart lock in the inner front door. Don’t be fooled by the photo of the patio, it’s an overgrown mess of blackberries and weeds. Outdoor chairs are broken or tangled into blackberries. Not enough cookware. The house is generally more tired than the photos suggest and is therefore overpriced.

Nice size property, nice area with a lovely park and 10 minutes walk to shops etc
Sadly the house is quite tired in its appearance. The front drive and patio at the back were full of rubbish, the patio and garden out the back were overgrown, full of weeds, Front door lock was quite loose but perhaps the biggest concern for anyone using this property is that the back patio door was not locked, the lock is clearly broken so the property is not secure. We were only staying two nights but if you booked this property for longer, you would probably end up disappointed. Also for a property that advertises up to seven guests, there are not enough plates and cups either for seven!

Great location , but house could do with a deep clean and a coat of paint in a few areas.”

Location was good for our needs as working locally
The house should have a welcome Manuel with basic instructions for things like heating and Wi-Fi. The house was very cold until we eventually found the thermostat after a day or so The house wasn’t very clean and felt grubby.

The house was a lovely size, I travelled to Birmingham to have surgery, the house was located a good distance from the private hospital. The space was great, I loved the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds where singles and which worried me with hour it was pushed together and how I’d manage after my operation, but couldn’t even tell they where pushed together! I’m very fussy about sleeping away and comfort of beds. Bed I had two amazing sleeps there! Very comfortable. Looking at coming back to Birmingham for a couple nights and go do some shopping and looking at some more properties if not will most likely rent this property again. (Hopeful) Bathrooms where both gorgeous, I usually shower but decided to have a relaxing bath and it was amazing!
Property requested a £250 deposit which I’m now not getting any clue to when will be receiving back. Tried contacting them and now not getting no reply which is stressful.
