    The GPS brought us to the complex, however, the name of the place to check in was different than the name of the complex. There were no directional signs, an office, or people to ask. After a long call with Agoda, who couldn't help, an employee came to lockup a nearby building. He directed us. Still difficult to find. It took us a total of an hour and a half to find it and check in. The place is locked in the 90's style although it is very clean and well stocked. No wi-fi. No air conditioning (over 80⁰ inside when we finally got in). No instructions on how to use the TV systems. Very frustrating. Check in is at Jackson Gore Inn a mile away. Signage was non existent on how to get to the unit.

    Wonderful weekend getaway”

    This was one of the best trips we had. When we arrived our condo was 80 degrees. When we called maintenance they told us there was no A/C unit. When we told them we have a special needs child, they immediately understood our needs. They were so accommodating and moved us to a two floor unit, way bigger than we had originally booked. The staff was so kind and friendly. They cleaned the rooms immaculately. We loved our stay and will be back again next year!
