        Spacious room with a comfy bed. Number of parking spaces available. It was pretty quiet during the night. Everything clean and nice!
        I only got wifi password by text message next day - I would reccomend putting the password somewhere in the room or hand it with a room key. I also missed microwave in the room - would highly reccomend to add those to the rooms.

        We liked the room facilites.
        We arrived in the early morning (we paid an additional night just to be able to arrive this time) at around 4 am and the receptionist told us that he does not find our reservation. I showed him a screenshot of it, and he still did not find it and he got impatient...It was not a really pleasant experience at 4 am in the morning.

        This is a great stay for a good price. Location to USC is paramount.”

        Location was great for access to the University of Southern California. I was staying for the LA Times Book Festival book signing event, so location was important. It was only about seven minutes away. When you leave the motel you take a right on Broadway and go till you get to Jefferson Blvd. Take a left and within just a few blocks you enter the USC. The room was roomy and comfortable. It had a refrigerator. The shower was large and water pressure was sufficient. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The noise at night was very low and not bothersome. I like motels that you access from the outside because it is a lot quicker to get luggage into room. I travel quite a bit and always say that I stay where Jesus would stay. I ain&#39;t gonna spend a fortune for a room and this place is a great stay for the price.

        the room itself was nice &amp; comfortable.
        there were roaches crawling around in my bathroom &amp; the shower head magically popped off when I was showering. after housekeeping came, my room door was left open for hours im assuming because I was gone most of the day. thankfully nothing was taken.

        The room was pretty big and pretty clean. It looks like they remodeled recently. Also appreciated the free parking on premises.
        The front desk staff was not overly pleasant. I understand that not all customers are amazing , but you have to greet each one like it&#39;s a new day. Also , the deposit is CASH only , which is incredibly inconvenient. I feel like majority of people don&#39;t carry cash on hand nowadays. I stayed with my friend and we had to ask for extra towels. There was only two total. And there was no towel for the floor.

        I did have to call the office because the neighbors had super loud music. He did address issue but then they were super loud while having sex and I could hear everything. Made the stay uncomfortable but I’m glad my daughters slept through it
