Unfortunately, it was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life.. The level of cleanliness is very bad and there are insects and bugs everywhere in the room, in the garden, in the bathroom, even in the restaurant.. The sheets and towels are very dirty. The level of cleanliness is the worst possible.. The restaurant food is very modest and there is no variety.

Superb”

Good location, walking distance to Kharhga´s main monuments. The food was very good - both dinner and breakfast. Everything was working well, the very kind receptionist helped us to arrange taxi for our trip to Dakhla with private car and to book hotel over the phone. Location was very quiet and relaxing, plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere of Kharga.
Cleaning could be improved, especially the floors in the room were bit dusty, the bathroom and swimming pool would deserve some cleaining as well.

Dinner was too bad, Room was not clean enough without any facilities like wifi, mini bar, or even the slippers. Dinner drinks are chargeable! And despite all of this it’s expensive comparable to its facilities ( not value for money at all).

Good choice for Kharga Oasis”

Location of hotel was good. It is close to the popular tourist spots in town. The staff (reception and restaurant) were very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable enough and I slept well.
Bathroom is clean, but old. A bottle of drinking water in the room would be most welcome. Wifi service is available only in the lobby but not in the rooms.

Large hotel on outskirts of town”

Quick check in with pleasant staff and a lovely cold welcome drink. Clean room. Secure parking. Well maintained gardens and sparkling pool. Good half board value, but we were there in low season.
Wifi only available in lobby and very slow. Ac in room so loud we couldn’t sleep with it on. Hotel generally has a tired look.

Professionell, kompetent und komfortabel”

Ein sehr professionell agierendes, komfortables Hotel in einer Region, in der man dies nicht erwartet. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal, namentlich an der Rezeption, das auf Wünsche gerne und schnell eingeht. Gegenüber unserem letzten Aufenthalt haben sich Kritikpunkte wie Wasserversorgung im Bad sowie Geschwindigkeit des Internet in der Lobby sehr gut verbessert. Das Essen im Restaurant ist gepflegt ägyptisch, sehr wohlschmeckend und reichlich. Auch hier wird auf besondere Wünsche eingegangen. Man sitzt sehr schön auf der Terrasse vor dem Restaurant mit Blick auf einen inzwischen schön begrünten Innenhof mit Swimmingpool. Das Hotel eignet sich ganz ausgezeichnet für Exkursionen in die Umgebung von Kharga. Zuverlässige Fahrer können vom Hotel vermittelt werden.
Alles war wirklich sehr gut! Nur ein Punkt: Die Betten waren für uns etwas zu hart. Nachdem wir dies monierten, gab man uns dann ganz neue Matratzen, die waren aber leider immer noch recht hart. Vielleicht könnte das Hotel für nicht mehr ganz jugendliche Gäste z.B. Matratzentopper oder eine andere Lösung bereithalten?
