I recently had the pleasure of staying 2 Bedroom executive apartment in Hanoi. I was extremely impressed with the layout. The kitchen was fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located in Hanoi and allowed for easy access to many local attractions. The property itself was well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was also able to take advantage of the excellent amenities, including the gym, steam room, swimming pool, and tennis court. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Hanoi with kitchen and great access to amenities

Great hotel, good location, excellent service”
We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff were courteous and the rooms were clean and functional. We even got a birthday surprise that brightened our day a lot. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, it is a short walk from the busy Old Quarters, but not bang in the middle of all the noise of Old Quarters. All tours also provided a pickup from the hotel due to its location. The view from the hotel was beautiful as we had a higher floor. All in all, loved our stay there. Will definitely recommend it to any family looking for a comfortable and spacious stay in Hanoi.

Just what we needed”
Hotel is located in Hanoi Tower which is an office building but lots of food options around the area. There is also a minimart in the building. Close to tourist hang outs too. Appreciate the children’s playground (pretty awesome, it even has a sandpit!). Not the newest hotel but it is what we needed, a “home” while on vacation. Thank you Somerset!

It is my best find in Hanoi - Lots of space for my family of 4 - perfect location especially since I use the airport bus no. 86 - very helpful and professional staff at the reception area that speaks very good English - large and inviting entrance and lobby - so convenient to the old quarters - extremely well furnished and equipped premises - excellent buffet breakfast - cannot ask for more - a truly Somerset branding that I am proud of.

Good place to stay for family ”
Comfortable and good location. Away from the chaotic old quarter yet not too far. We can take grab anywhere and it takes only about 5min from old quarter. Huge rooms and able to wash clothes and use of kitchen which is very convenient for families. Cabinets are a little dated, but overall the premise are built of high quality. Highly recommend!

Have been staying here every time we come to Hanoi, over 10 years. Love the location, the spaciousness of the units, and most of all the staff. We want to especially thank Ms Nguyễn thị Nguyệt who found the IPad we left behind and safeguarded it until we returned from a short trip. We much appreciate her kindness and honesty. Our housekeeper Nự also was excellent, friendly and helpful. We will return to Hanoi again and will sure be staying at the Somerset Grand again.

Best Choice of Hotel in Hanoi”
Somerset Grand Hanoi is situated in the best location in Hanoi. You can walk your way to and from the Hoan Kiem lake and other streets you will want to go to. The staff from the doorman to the housekeeping are very helpful and courteous. The front desk was very helpful and friendly all throughout and are very keen on making sure that you have the best experience while you're staying with them. Perfect for Families with Young Children”
I would highly recommend staying here for the following reasons: 1. Approachable & knowledgeable staff 2. The swimming pool, which is a proper lap pool (perfect to swim laps), a wading pool (for the children to frolic) and a jacuzzi (if it really is one) 3. Clean & compact bathroom 4. Spacious kitchen & clean refrigerator The washing machine in our room wasn't working that well but it still washed our clothes. Thankful for that since we were upgraded to a much bigger apartment than what we had booked. Just a tip for travellers, don't take the local taxis as they are way more expensive than a Grab. We found the prices on Grab to be fair and reasonable. Downside may be the language barrier if you can't speak Vietnamese as some drivers will try to call you to reconfirm your pick up location. Otherwise, a great stay here and we will definitely rebook when we visit Hanoi again.
