Will stay again”
The Somerset Millennium Makati Serviced Residence was very nice to stay compare with other hotels for same level of budget. its restaurant was a bit small and not so many kinds of buffet but acceptable. I stayed only one night but I may choose The Somerset Millennium Makati Serviced Residence again for my next business trip to Manila.

Best Staycation”
From our arrival to departure, the staff of Somerset Millennium Makati were very pleasant, attentive and accommodating. Special commendations to the warm concierge and security team as well as front desk team. The room was new, very clean and tastefully designed. Kitchen was conveniently equipped with all cooking and dining utensils you need, including the dishwashing liquid and sponge that was thoughtfully provided for a hassle-free kitchen experience. The location of the hotel is also excellent, a short walking distance to Greenbelt mall and its rows of restaurants and Rustan’s Supermarket. All in all, it was one of the best staycations I’ve had in a long time. Got the R&R I was looking forward to. W

awesome place”
My wife and I had some business to do in Makati for a couple of days. We both loved our experience here. It felt like we were at at a 5 star hotel. The best hotel that I have stayed at so far in the Philippines. Nothing to complain about at all. It is so close to the Greenbelt area which we walked to and had our meals and went window shopping in the malls. We felt safe inside and outside of the hotel. I will be staying at the Somerset Millennium on our future stays in Manila for sure. We never got to use the pool area but next time we will. The breakfast is free and it's all you can eat with many choices.

Somerset Millenium - Excellent Experience”
I travel regularly for work and leisure and can honestly say that this was one of my best hotel experiences. I have always preferred aparthotels or boutique hotels as they seem much more fiendly and homely and the somerset millenium didnt dissappoint. I stayed in an Executive studio room for 3 nights which was easily adequate for myself and my partner. The breakfast buffet was adequate for a hotel of this size with a variety of Eastern and Western / Hot and Cold food. Before selecting this hotel i read a number of reviews that were dissapointed with the level of service that they received and the time it took to check in and so i was half expecting a delay when i arrived. However, our check in was quick and everytime i required a service from the front desk or housekeeping the required service was prompt and efficient. The internet in the business area next to reception was provided free of charge for checking e-mails. We requested a late check out on the Thursday and was given an extra 2 hours (to 14:00) with no additional charge. This made me think that should the next guest arrive early, then they would have to wait for thier room which is probably the reason for some of the other reviews. Effectively, the millenium may sometimes fall victim of being too helpful. The location is fine and in a safe enough area of Makati near to greenbelt shopping ctr. I will certainly stay here again when i next visit manila.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
very nice. the mall is walking distance away. i will stay there again when i go back to Manila. The hotel wasn't too expensive. I would advise anybody to stay at Somerset Millennium Serviced Residents. I would compare Makati to Beverly hills. it was my first time in Manila and i was completely satisfied. This hotel exceeded my expectations.

Everything about this hotel is righjt”
The rooms are a good size, the views are great, the breakfasts are tasty, the elevators are fast, the beds are large and confortable, the bathrooms are modern and commocius. The place on Aguire Street is just 1.5 blocks from the Greenbelt Mall, and there you will find the best restaurants in the world and end to end bargains on everything. In all, this is a very good hotel, and perhaps the best lodging and service for the money of any hotel in the Philippines. The Penninsula Hotel is better, perhaps, but the price is twice as much. At the Somerset Millennium you get the best possible deal.

Honest staff”
This was my fourth stay at Somerset. I love Somerset Millennium Makati because of the location and cleanliness of the facility. The mall is walking distance. I checked out around 12 noon, left the residence came back because I forgot my necklace inside the safe. They were able to find my necklace and returned it back to me. I just want to say Thank You to all the staffs who helped find my necklace.

Great For A Home Away From Home”
The stay at the Somerset Millennium was top class. I frequent Manila quite often for business and have tried several other hotels in and out of Makati area. The Somerset is currently top of my list in way of comfort, service and location.

Much Better than my expectation”
I had 2 days to spend in Manila and I booked a day each in New World and Somerset Millennium. I must say, I found Smerset extremely nice. Given the price, the quality of rooms was excellent. It is just 5 min walk from Greenbelt. Only thing which I feel can be improved is breakfast. I am not the types who would eat chicken and rice in breakfast, so was left with the only option of onlette and cereals.

Standard of Quality”
I stayed with Somerset Millennium before and this is my 3rd time with them. The way they have maintained their standards is what kept me coming back. Cleanliness, rooms including furniture that look new even if this hotel is several years old, comfortable bed and central air con. which isn't noisy compared to box type AC. Staff are courteous and very helpful. cons: no complimentary wifi. a 1 hour access for 3 days for those staying for week would have been a nice gesture. I ended up buying a prepaid mobile broadband device since I knew beforehand that their internet rates are pricey. one elavator has a poor sensor, once you get caught as it closes, its forceful enough to stress you out but thankfully not enough to cause injury, unless your frail and already carrying an injury.

Clean hotel”
This is the first time i stay Somerset Millennium Makati Serviced Residence. The reason of staying here is through introduction by my client, which is a stone road distance to their office. Thus the location of this hotel is good to me. I like the room which is clean and equipped with iron. The only thing i dont like Somerset Millennium Makati Serviced Residence is the swimming pool. It feel kind of poor quality and residence people can throw down stuff to the pool :(

A perfect home away from home”
this isn't our first time in this hotel. but i must admit we tried a night stay in one of the popular similar hotel in makati but decided to get back to somerset millenium again. to compare with that one, the inside of the hotel room is excellent but that's it. unlike with the somerset millenium, we most enjoy not just the inside of the hotel but as well as the surroundings plus its proximity to the restaurants & shopping malls. practically, there is not need for a ride, most especially when it's raining and so difficult to get a taxi. not to forget, personnel are so friendly and always with a smile on their face. i would go back again in this hotel & would highly recommend this to anybody who is looking for a home away from home.

Fantastic Deal”
I really enjoyed my stay at the Somerset Millennium. The facility is absolutely fantastic. All the staff were very courteous and the room was great. Water pressue is not that great but was well within acceptance. I would recommend this place for anyone traveling to the Philippines. The location is in the cneter of the financial district. Just a 5 min walk to Greenleaf mall where there is plenty of shopping and food. The breakfast was not that great.

An excellent hotel in a great location. ”
This hotel represents excellent value for money. It is situated close to Greenbelt 1 in the heart of Makati and is ideal for business travellers to this part of Manila. The rooms are very large and quiet with huge beds and great views. The service is good and never failed me. I would heartily recommend the Somerset Millenium.

Well Located for Makati Business District”
Have stayed at the Somerset Millennium in Makati a few times. It is close to our Makati office. It's reasonably priced and the rooms are a good comfortable size. It's an 80's-style building but is reasonably well maintained, including an indoor pool. I've not eaten at the hotel's restauranet, but there are a number of good options in the area. It is also a short walk to the Greenbelt shopping centre which offers a wide variety of food options (aside from the shopping of course)..

Not the first time staying in SOMERSET. In fact, it's our first choice whenever we're in MAKATI area for a holiday.Booked for 5 days with my family... and was upgraded to PENTHOUSE! It was awesome! Household staff named MARLON (I hope I get the name right...) and his team were just simply the best! Service with a smile! thank you SOMERSET MILLENIUM MAKATI.

location is ok. food - disappointed with d buffet. swimming pool - so cold”
We spent our New Year's eve in this hotel for the first time. The location is good, easy to find and accessible to Makati CBD and Makati Cinema Square which are popular shopping districts. In terms of cleanliness and the room, it is outstanding, the bed is very comfortable and the all furniture and fixture are well kept and available for easy use (each room have microwave - so just buy a popcorn in the nearby Ministop and you are good for a movie marathon) but with their swimming pool which is quite cold, specially during our stay (brrrrr!). With terms of their breakfast, we are quite disappointed with this one because only light breakfast such as bread, fruits, cereals and cheese are buffet but with their heavy meals, specially with rice meals, they have set meals for that (no unli rice and tapa and bacon huhuhu). with their staff, they are superb - well trained! But my only note of caution for those who plans to stay here, do not book during Christmas and New Year because Makati isn't fun because of the firecracker ban and all food stablishments are closed as early as 8pm therefore, your only option is the hotel restaurant, room service or if u want something cheap --- Ministop hahaha!
