Overall, An Excellent Place for Staycation!”
We stayed here for the new year's eve, since we abhor the loud noise from the neighboring houses in our place. Checking in, we were surprised to have seen a very neat and clean room which is above average! I like the ambiance of the room and the arrangements of the furniture. Basically, what you need are already there: iron, small ref, cooking stove electricity), hairdryer, etc. I recommend this place, especially when you are staying for business or vacation in the heart of Makati's Central Business District. Only one thing: The air-conditioning unit was dripping wet, and we had to place a towel under it as not to spread the water on the floor.

Traveled as a couple with 1 medium pet (1yr 7mos beagle) You just need to inform them beforehand. Note: additional Php1000 for pet cleaning fee. They upgraded our room to bigger room with kitchenette. Free breakfast is good. We loved the chicken adobo! Hot water and air conditioner are working well. No issues with wifi connection. Overall, we loved that they are pet-friendly hotel. No arte at all.

Nice hotel! Great location and worth every peso that we spent. The staff are super nice - the front desk, security, utility staff - everyone! Every time we asked about something, they responded with a smile and with genuine intention to help. We checked out super early and the front desk personnel took the time to call the person in charge of delivering the breakfasts so he would deliver it to the lobby instead and we could bring the food with us! We appreciate the staff a lot and they really made an impact on our stay. We are frequent travellers and will absolutely book with them again in the near future.

A pleasant surprise”
The process didn’t start great. Check-in is at 4pm and I called at around 1pm to see if an early check-in is available. I was told it’s not possible since there were lots of guests. Called in again at around 3.45 asking what street I should use to get into the parking area as Waze directed me to the wrong way (one way street). I was given proper instructions so I was able to find the parking entrance. In both calls, my reservation was checked. Upon getting to the reception, I was then told that my was not yet ready. An hour later, the room key was provided and I proceeded in getting my stuff to the room. A few hours later, to my surprise, the manager (Ms Pauline) called and apologized for the late check-in. I was then offered a late check-out on my 2nd day, the pet fee (i brought my Chowchow) was waived and a sausage platter was sent to my room! I was indeed pleasantly surprised on how they made up the initial hassle. I can really sense the sincerity from Ms Pauline and the staff! An area to improve on though was the heater. The multi-point heater was not “strong enough” to properly heat the water for the tub. I ended up not using is since I can’t bear soaking in cold water. Aside from this, the entire trip was a blast! I will definitely go back here!

First, we gor a free room upgrade which was very sweet. A lot of space for us with a dog, cozy tub and complete kitchen sets. Our puppy has free treats 😄 and staff gave you very satisfactory service. I recommend having the Cheese fondue on al fresco dining as the evening chill perfectly blends with the wine and food

Great stay for great price”
The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't big, but was good with several options to choose from (western & local dishes). Only thing that was a bit weird to me is you have to walk down one floor to get to the lobby (and to access the elevator) & come back up to exit the building/have breakfast. Other than that, the location is pretty good.

Pros: - stayed at 1 BR deluxe and we were surprised that the apartment is so nice. with complete cutleries and new appliances. furnitures are in very good condition as well. yes the property is old but it is well kept and maintained. - friendly and courteous staff - value for money - well secured place - there’s a parking slot available and included in your booking - fast checkin/checkout process area/s to improve: - buffet breakfast was disappointing. choices are very limited and is not worth waking up for. good thing is that it’s included in our room otherwise you have to pay Php600 for a lousy breakfast spread. It is actually old swiss inn restaurant (which is inside the property premise) that provides the buffet. - parking area needs renovation.

2nd time to stay here in less than a month since I enjoyed the first stay. I must say, I really find the staff personable. After booking via this site, I called the hotel to check if my reservation is showing up on their end. When they heard my name, they instantly remembered me and greeted, "Welcome back sir!" Also, during my first stay, I requested for someone to connect an HDMI cable on the TV (HDMI slot was unreachable for me) for my Apple TV. On my 2nd stay, I didn't have to request for it as they automatically did it already on the 2 TVs. I was really, really impressed! Hope I can stay here again soon. They will currently stop accepting leisure reservations due to the current Alert Level 3 for covid here in NCR.

First and foremost...Im a very particular person..so when I say Somerset Olympia Makati was the best apartment hotel I ever stayed at I truly mean it. For the 5 nights I was there, I was treated like a king by the staff there. They were very friendly and professional. The 1 bedroom deluxe was very spacious with all new appliances and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Lots of places to tour in the area too. The only cons were that the balcony needed work because the locks to go outside were broke and the remote and dvd is hard to operate. Im definitely thinking about visiting again. Awesome experience worth the money!!

Very nice hotel in Makati. Well suited for business travelers and couples. The entrance can be a little confusing with the lobby in the underground car park, but the rooms sure do make up for it. My one bedroom suite had a full kitchenette that was actually stocked with all the items you need - cups, plates, cutlery, pans, dish washing detergent etc. This is so very rare in the Philippines, most time the stove is not even hooked to the electricity. The room had plenty of power outlets for charging your gadgets. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not massive, but it was well lit and functional. It was just like my condo back home, comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
