Staff were very friendly and helpful. One bedroom superior room was spacious and clean. Not much choice for the breakfast buffet but overall was still good. A few foot massages places located nearby :)

We were very comfortable with our extended stay in Bangkok!”
Due to covid restrictions we had to extend our stay in Thailand for 3 weeks and decided on the Somerset Park Suanplu and I'm so glad we did. It was the perfect place to stay and work from as well as explore Bangkok and beyond. The bed is the comfiest bed I've ever slept on and the staff were fantastic. Next time I'm in Bangkok I'll definitely be back!

Within a stone's throw to the best eateries in Bangkok! Eg PLU (affordable modern Thai restaurant that's michelin accredited) and Baan Khanitha. Stay was comfortable and I really didn't feel like leaving! Staff could be better trained in service if Ascott Group aspires to be 'up there' with those mega hotel chains.

Neat place with good facilities and suitable for family travelers. A bit inconvenient front door (staircases) with no facilities for disabled persons. Otherwise great choice.
