One of the best hotel in town!”
My trip in Somerset Rama 9 was one of the best experiences I travelled in Bangkok! The duty manager Matthew is very helpful for our journey! 5 mins walk to the newest night market Jobb fairs and the BTS station. Great location to travel around. There’s a 7-11 at the lobby can get anything you may needed. Highly recommend for anyone who travel on BKK! room is clean and big, great space and stylish design with the amazing city pool view.

My boyfriend and I have stayed in 5 different hotels around Thailand and this one was by far the best. When it comes to cleanliness it’s definitely a 5 star compared to some hotels we’ve been in even paying more $ then here and even 5 star hotels. The location is great, lots of places to walk to around the area. Breakfast was great, pool water was quite cold which is good for a hot day. We liked this place so much we extended our stay by a night.

Staff hospitality beats everything else !”
Nice hotel, in the main part of Bangkok but still not in touristy area. Some clear winners 1. Their staff is very courteous. Reception, Bell person, house keeping staff and the restaurant team. Always ready to help, give recommendations and help you navigate the city 2. Location was good for what we needed. There is a good tenet food market Jody Fair as well as local Thai food market within 5 mins walking. Local massage places are within 5-10 mins walking 3. Room is of decent size, breakfast includes basics like eggs, juices, breads, and local Thai food. Good enough to start the day well. 4. Swimming pool is big but bit cold as pointed by few others people.

This is the best and comfortable hotel I have stayed, got wash and dryer in the room and near jodd fair night market.. hotel staffs are professional and helpful. If I could give 10 stars I would gladly give 10 stars.. but 5 stars is excellent.. will definitely book this hotel when I’m back in Bangkok ! Love it

All requests have been accepted. I sent you an email before staying at the hotel, but I was worried that I didn't get feedback, but the requests were accepted more than I expected. They took care of everything in detail, and the staff were so kind. Also, there is a big shopping mall and MRT subway near here. It's very accessible. I'll go again on my next visit. 이 곳은 접근성이 너무 좋아요! 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰도 있고 , MRT지하철 역과도 가까워요. 그리고 딸랏로파이 야시장과도 가까워요! 호텔 1층에는 세븐일레븐이 있습니다. 직원들도 너무너무 착해요!!! 이 곳을 고민중이시라면 강력 추천합니다!

Beautiful hotel”
My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, really liked the pool and lounge area. Even a playroom for children. Check in was smooth and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We had to check out early to catch our flight and they offered togo boxes for breakfast. Rooms were clean, lots of counter and cabinet space.

The hotel is located near one of the newest night markets and a few minutes walk from two large malls connected by an underground train station. I will highly recommend the spacious suite with two bedrooms if you are travelling in a family of four.

The rooms were very new, clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Every staff member I encountered, are very friendly and helpful. Hana whom helped us in check-in and arrange for Pre-departure PCR test is amazing. Keep up the good work. Stayed for the 2nd time. This time stayed for 12 days in a Studio Executive room. This room type is perfect for long-term solo stay, everything you need is there. Complete kitchen, large refrigerator, comfortable bed. Food can be ordered from outside and delivered to the room, very convenient. Breakfast at the hotel is delicious. Housekeeping is excellent. The most impressive thing is the service from the moment you enter the door, the security, reception, and staff are very helpful. The facilities are beautiful and clean. Haven't had a chance to use the fitness center yet. Good location, close to shopping malls, MRT, and easy access to transportation. Clean and good service. Highly recommended and will definitely come back. Just one small suggestion, the female staff in the restaurant that day seemed overwhelmed with more customers than staff. But overall, thank you.

Great hotel, one of the best I've stayed at in this trip. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything you could need, including utensils and cookware. The water pressure was strong and the hot water worked perfectly. The furniture was new and modern. The location is great, with many shopping options nearby such as Central Rama 9 (2 minutes away), Esplanade (10 minutes away), and The Street Huai Khwang market. The bedroom was quiet and peaceful, I could hardly hear any noise from outside and the door kept the sound out very well.

房间很宽敞干净，高层的景观也不错。泳池也很舒服。唯一不太满意的地方是卫生间的下水有问题。虽然之前也在评论里看到过相关的差评，但没想到这么严重，下水太慢甚至会溢出卫生间。建议酒店改善这个问题，不然比较影响洗漱体验。
