        great room, good facilities on ground, little kitchen which was properly clean and well stocked with pots and pans and utensils.. the room also had a washer and a dryier, which are all recent appliances and all well maintained. staff from the hotel are really friendly and nice people, who i ran in to outside when i couldnt get in to the hotel initially because my phone didnt had internet working. the lady came outside and helpen me check in so that was really helpfull. good experience , the neighbourhood wich the hotel is located in was also, a 20/25 minute walk from the Ball arena, which i was frequently visiting during my stay, so that was ideal for me!

        GREAT (but know what you’re getting in to)”

        Clean, full featured(!), secure, modern…perfect! I’ll be back. Travelling cross country, the clothes washer/dryer were wonderful. And note that everything is provided… soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent (for hand and machine…and a new sponge no less), laundry detergent, paper towels….what I mean by full featured. All good.
        It was a great property, and I’ll stay here again no problem. But there are a few things to mention: (1) when you rent here thru booking, you’ll need to set up an account with Sonder and give then your email and ph#, set up a password and all that crap, (2) there is no accommodation parking, though I had no problem finding nearby street spots…there is a marked unloading zone in front, but some folks squeeze in there longer term, (3) there’s no elevator….stairs are your friend. While I cussed to myself a bit at having to set up an account, the other issues, to me, we’re not all that bad. Just good stuff to know, as everybody is different.

        the smell of the building. there isn’t much right around it for a quick bite. I wish there was a sofa or something besides the bed and the kitchen chairs to sit on. but I think that was expected based on the price.

        Location was great. Comfort was good. Layout of room was good and all Sonder employees we spoke with were pleasant and helpful.
        Would have been nice if an extra blanket was there so I did not have to request one. Code left for entry was transposed in my directions so had to call to get in. Directions on TV use would help.

        This Sonder offered more than a clean bed & bath, security, and privacy.”

        I chose this place for its proximity to the family I was visiting. Location was the primary concern and this Sonder worked great for us. I could walk to their place. As non-urbanite 'boomer', I did feel safe and secure. We didn't really need the ample galley kitchen and spacious living area but it was better than feeling cramped. This space would be advantageous for those with longer stays. Indeed, it has the feel of a 'modern' urban apartment.
        #1--The odor of cigarette smoke was evident as we entered @ 4pm. The check-in person was present but I do not recall any offer to remedy this situation. However, we were assured that Sonder would NOT blame us. Next morning, I called with 'complaints' - -the odor, the HVAC noises, a tech problem with the video monitor. I appreciated the prompt response of the service person who was congenial and very effective. Many kudos to her! #2-- I wouldn't call this spacious living area 'Warm' due in most part to it being an echo chamber. More furniture? Fabric wall hangings? Drapes? (PS-the throw rug in the bedroom presents a tripping hazard.)

        Building felt very new and well-equipped (everything working) -- kitchen was fully stocked, amenities were in-place, etc. Nice natural light although room was small. Team was willing to show me one of the units I was considering renting for a long-term stay (3-4 weeks).
        Had some trouble with noise (could hear everything outside our door clearly) -- also the AC unit didn't work for a spell, and when I messaged the in-house team I didn't hear back for an hour or two in both cases. Also the roof deck was pretty underwhelming and looked unmaintained.

        Denver Visit”

        This property is located in a great neighborhood with many places that were in easy walking distance. Even though there is no parking and a garage a few blocks away is recommended we had no problems finding street parking within a block of the property. It was clean and in this day and age we had minimum exposure to other guests and everyone was considerate for social distancing. The Sonder staff was very quick to respond to any requests or concerns we had.
        The apartment is very small. The ‘bedroom’ only had a table on one side of the bed. There were no options to view local tv programming. RUKU streaming is provided and if you want to watch network tv you had to have a subscription and download each app individually. Even then the program would pause to download while we were watching. We also never opened the window curtains since the neighbor in the next building had LARGE political and controversial signs in their window which was only about 10 ft across the alley from our window.

        Location was great! So close to restaurants and bars. Small things like coffee and cooking amenities provided (like basic seasoning and oils) even though we didn’t use.
        The security of the room was odd, as it was very difficult to lock the door by waving one’s hand over the door lock. The door lock would also start making funny noises once we got inside and was a bit alarming. Sometimes we were puzzled on if the door was secure.

        The location in the city was nice and door code access was nice.
        It was too close to a major street with thin walls and windows. The email/text communication could've been better and was very confusing - I received way too many with the same information. The entire build was really weak. The walls and ceilings are paper thin so you hear everything. Checkout is at 11am but I was woken up by the cleaning service at 8:30am.
