Very clean and near the airport. Free shuttle to and from the airport is nice. Short Uber rude to the Blue Line station so you can get downtown in 30-45 minutes. You can also take the free shuttle to the airport and take the Blue Line from there. Room had a lot of amenities but didn’t have tooth brushes or toothpaste (but many hotels don’t these days).

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. nice complementary shuttle service to/from all O'Hare airport terminals. There is nice shopping area with Target store less than 15 minutes walking distance. If you miss the breakfast in the hotel don't worry, there is a nice bakery nearby and a Macdonald restaurant too. (3-4 minutes walking Distance) Nice 24hr Kiosk in the lobby where you can get coffee and cold drinks The best thing was being able to return my rent a car and walk back to the hotel in les than 5 minutes. Just turn left from the main hotel entrance and you will see a huge multistory white building which host most of the major rent a car companies like Avis and Budget ... Will stay here again if in Chicago.

İt is very close to ORD Airport and has free shuttle service. Rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly. İt became our permanent choice in Chicago for all our travels.

We missed flight 3 of a long day. We each had our own bed in separate rooms which was good because we had no clothes or anything. The lady gave us a menu from a take out place that delivered. That helped our hungry stomach. Great place to stay!

Hotel looks shabby on the outside and even in the hallways- but once in the room, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were wonderful and friendly! Great location. Costly for one night not in the city but still nice!
