隣のクラブが夜中12時くらいまでクラブミュージックを流し続けていてうるさかった。クラブに隣接するホテルとか最悪。 The club next door kept playing club music until about 12:00 midnight and it was noisy. A hotel next to a club is the worst.

If you like dirty bed linen, dirty towels, lots of bugs and rodents and overall decadent ambience, this is the place for you. Cheap but terrible.

I booked twin room but when I came, it said that they donot have twin room. They required us to pay extra money to stay in another room. It is too late when I came so I have to pay extra money to stay there.

we only stayed at this hotel for a couple of hours as we were booked on overnight train from lao cai to hanoi...the room we had was excellent very clean and comfortable...view to china Hekou...across the river was amazing especially at night...would have liked to stay longer...the hotel was a far way from train station...but very quiet area

Overnight stays”

Located a long way from the train & bus station it wasn't the most convenient hotel. Built on a grand scale it seems to be in decay even though not old. Eg lift out of order, marble stairs badly chipped, little hot water. Little English was spoken. Could have been better as it fronts a new riverside park facing China across the river.

The approach, the two storey reception, all states 'Grand' The room is well designed, the bathroom modern, ample towels & toilet paper. A large shower head that promises so much, but with a very small heating unit, delivers almost nothing. Hot water is used up in less than two minutes. Bad for a single person, hopeless for a couple. The restaurant never opened while I was there, and I managed to obtain only one cup of coffee from the Cafe. Nobody in attendance. Parking is the paved approach area, no real security. This could be such a nice place to stay, but is badly let down by poor operation.

なにより言葉の通じないのが最悪。英語を話せる娘などを連れてきて対応させるが容量を得ない。冬季に宿泊し暖房の入れ方をフロントに尋ねても英語がわからないと手を振って拒否され寒い夜に耐えた。客も僅かにベトナム人か中国人くらいで西洋人を全く見ないのは言葉のせいだろう。駅の近辺にはもっとよいホテルがあります。このホテルは私はすすめません。

진짜 거지같았다 영어도 할줄모르고 드라이기는 안나오고 선풍기도 시원찮고 직원도 영어하나도 할줄 모르고 왜 3성인지 이해불가능

红河边中国河口对岸”

窗外就是红河，河对岸就是中国河口。位置不是中心，旁边的饭店倒是味道不错。酒店里设施有点老。

当地性价比很高的酒店~房间稍显陈旧，不过离口岸很近，对面就是河口，算是当地很方便的一家酒店，关键价格便宜，卫生做的也不错，是老街很棒的选择！

环境很好。卫生干净，住了—晚感觉很好。交通也很便利，紧邻红河边。去市内各景点都很方便。离口岸也很近。

Do đặt phòng qua agoda nên khách sạn bố trí cho chúng tôi ở những phòng có chất lượng kém. Phòng còn chưa được lắp đặt xong đèn, bồn tắm .....

Nhân viên dọn phòng dọn vào lúc 9h sáng chưa phù hợp. Gõ cửa hỏi dọn phòng làm phiền khách. Tiếp tân không nói trước số tiền phải nộp khi khách đến nhận phòng sớm
